inside the station. >> reporter: they hired someone to monitor homeless individuals. reporting live in san francisco, jade hernandez, ktvu channel 2 news. the body of a woman was found this morning on cal train tracks. the spokeswoman said the woman may have been hit by train 228 but the circumstances of the incident are under investigation. one train was held at the station after the body was found, afternoon and evening train service was not effected. in san jose police are investigating the 9th homicide this year. a man was found shot to death 40:30 a.m -- 4:30 a.m. this morning within walking distance of a school. police say the victim lived in the neighborhood and they say the shooting was related to an earlier fight that neighbors reported hearing.

>> there was an argument about 2:00 a.m. and now we find a body. >> no arrests have been made and police haven't identified any suspected. the california highway patrol is investigating a head on crash. it caused highway 92 to be shut down after 6:00 a.m. a driver westbound tried to pass a big rig but the driver didn't see a on coming truck and crashed into it. the driver was killed. police charnelled a man in -- charged a man in connection with this crash that killed three people. denis pereirade macedo was booked into the county jail on murder and hit and run charges. he was found uninjured near the crash site. his car broad sided the victim's car. all three were pronounced dead

tea scene. -- at the scene. high school was placed on lock down this afternoon. the school was on lock down for an hour after police say there was a report someone was locked in the bath room with a knife. investigators didn't find anything. all students and staff are safe. the work to restore a san francisco neighborhood damaged by a burst water pipe could take months. crews were working in the area today, they have closed the turn off to reduce traffic on 15th street and they will remain clued during the work. that work could take 3-6 months. >> hopefully we don't have a full 3-6 months of active construction but there will be work in the street, for the

the disaster. reporting live in san francisco, rob roth, ktvu channel 2 news. san francisco police released more details about a woman who held officers at bay earlier this month. the police chief said a woman was high on bath salts. police say the woman broke into a house on march 3, found a shotgun and threatened to kill herself. after two officers officers shot her with a bean bag. woman has been charged with manslaughter for hitting a killing a skateboarder. she ran a red light before striking him with her vehicle. he was riding his skateboard when he was hit.
