happened, good morning alex. >> they are trying to track down whoever shot and killed this elderly man. at this point, there are no updates on this investigation. here is the limited information we have. last night into a she attach garage, it was on the 400 block of the west side. homicide deserves to -- detectives were there everything started with a call for shots fired and it started with at least one gunshot wound. this victim is not being released but they are still trying to notify his family. this is his 6th homicide and the third homicide this month. police have a solid homicide and at this point they are not talking about who that person might be. at this point i am still waiting to speak with the

the university of florida following the discovery of a student's body and explosives. somebody called 911 and reported a person with a gun. police arriving found a person dead inside the dorm room from an apparent suicide. they found two people were also dead when they arrived. the jet experienced mechanical trouble when it crashed into a neighborhood yesterday afternoon. it hit three homes becoming lodged in the ground and it is not known if anybody on the ground was killed. the rape case in steubenville ohio is far from over. few high school -- two high school players ma'lik richmond and trent mays were convicted of raping a classmate last
