shamrock the block. apparently according to some of the posters of the video, this guy was in a scuffle with another fellow so police came to try to keep this situation under control. this video is about to become about something much more than the guy in the tighties. you see a guy in a white shirt start talking back to officers, a guy not oven on camera at this point. we notice there's another guy in cuffs on the ground. the guy in the white shirt gets in the officer's face saying, you got my friend in cuffs. not a good idea to get in a cop's face. >> [ inaudible ]. >> he flips the officer over and starts going at the officer. another officer, this is the third one that comes in brings out his nightstick trying to get the guy under control hitting him under the leg. >> if i'm a cop and they' sign me to this weekend i'm quitting. this is the last place i want to

be. can you call in sick? >> maybe you get double overtime. >> the guy in the white shirt seems to calm down and they get his hands in cuffs. the richmond police department just released this statement. the richmond police department is in the early stages of reviewing the use of force incident that occurred during an arrest saturday afternoon at the shamrock the block event. according to wwbt the guy in the white shirt is 22-year-old jason dotson. he was taken to the hospital after this incident to get stitches. this has people in richmond debating over whether or not the cops used excessive force. according to reports, five people were arrested during this event. this is not how you want to start your honeymoon. >> this is our honeymoon vacation right here. >> the person that posted the video went looking for their

and this woman turns around and even engaged him. she was engaging him in conversation. what does he do with these images? probably uploads them to the internet and shares them with his freaky friends. >> if you notice he followed her around the store because at one point she's looking at something against the wall and looking at something else in a different area. here she is by the register, the front counter. and there he goes down again. the alleged victim is britney weaver. she talked to ktla in los angeles. >> kept kneeling down and falling over and couldn't seem to balance properly. i realized by the time i got to the counter he had been filming up my dress with his ipad. >> no arrests have been made yet but police detectives are searching and tracking leads and if this man is found, he will likely be facing charges. one of the wildest mountain bike races is held in south africa, called the absa cape epic race and this thing runs

for 500 miles. includes about 1200 riders. they go through mountains, coastlines valleys and, of course, wildlife you would expect to find in south africa. robert mennen got an up close look at one of those animals in the wild of south africa. check him out. he's cruising along, two other riders up ahead and he gets taken out by what's described as a buck. >> whoa. >> i had to watch this several times. i still don't know what ran out in front of him. >> you can barely see it. >> looks like the size of a goat or something, small animal, the description says a buck. i don't know what kind of buck. but robert's down on the ground for a few seconds. you see him pick up his bike and he's walking off. his race is done for the day. this is in the first stage of this race. look at his handle bars. >> oh, my goodness. >> heck of a buck. >> if you see the trail it's all rocky and gnarly so it looks like he wasn't hurt in this incident because he gets up quickly and walks off. but just a heck of a shot. >> think about this, you 500

miles, the race lasts eight days, of all the points in time to be at the same time as a small animal. that moment. they should like send out a memo or like sound an alarm to all the animals in the area, kind of tell them, listen guys, there's a race going on, might want to avoid these certain spots. >> sound an alarm so you have a stampede of what's coming in your direction of all the bikers. although that would make great video. >> these move dudes are duking it out. >> on their hind legs rabbit punching each other. >> the surprise ending to this moose match. >> spring break red neck style. >> where girls are had hitting the mud literally. the party in the pit next.
