as it picks up you notice several police officers having a conversation with this man in the center of the screen. that is 28-year-old okctavious johnson and some of the family's cars were being towed and apparently there were expired tags. watch what happened. next you see police go after this guy dressed in dark clothing. that's his brother. you can see that he has a camera. he was recording this incident. >> why you hit me? >> he runs into this house to get away from officers. all of these officers showing up, they all run into this house as well. more cars show up. more officers run into the house, and as you can tell, they still have octavious down on the

street. they were all arrested by police. there is a brand new police chief in omaha who has responded to this video and he says that he has already launched an internal investigation. >> i will discover what transpired at 33rd and stewart and i will address it properly. >> to tell us more about the incident we have the johnson's mother via skype from omaha along with robert wagner, who also had a similar incident in 2011 with the omaha police department. what was being said before octavious and the officers when the video picks up. >> he was crushing the officer and asked why were they towing additional cars and the one that they were supposed to be taking or removing was for expired plates, so he was questioned why were al that were licensed. >> why do you think the police officer got so violent?

>> i have no idea. i don't know why it transpired the way it did. it is not the first time. >> do you plan any legal action? >> i don't want to mention that at this time. >> why do you think the police were so concerned with jaquez? why did so many officers chase him inside the home? >> he was camcordering the incident as we have the right to do. >> did they try to take the video from him? >> i am not going to say that absolute but that video was definitely of interest. we have not seen it yet. >> it is abuse. it is abuse. it is abuse. what's underneath the surface of this snow that recently pounded, up to five feet in some areas. you see how of that small, tiny hole, that is a sheep. >> oh, my gosh. >> bounding out of there. this video is from the telegraph

do. he caught this on a recently installed security system. you see him using a step stool to climb over his fence. she is carrying dog treats and a box of raisinets, chocolate and raisins known to be dangerous for animals, and he has three pets in the backyard. there you see her dumping the contents out into the yard and she walked away. apparently there had been a disagreement prior to this where she sent an e-mail complaining about the barking dogs and he never expected her to do something like this. hawaii news now talked to claude. >> she could have come and i would have taken her out to dinner and we could have sat down and worked the issues out and she took it to a whole other level. >> you have no heart if you are willing to kill another man's pant. >> he says it doesn't appear the dogs suffered any side effects from the raisinets. he did snap a few pictures of his neighbor getting arrested by police. she was arrested and charged

when you are a county prosecutor you are used to putting the bad guys away, not getting involved in a violent incident with them. that's what happened in a story county courthouse in iowa. the man leaning against the wall

identified by police as major lewis robinson ii. the people walking down the hall, these are assistant county attorneys. according to court documents robinson started asking which one of you is tim meals and meals identified himself and then watch what happened. robinson slugs him. another assistant county attorney jumps in trying to protect meals and he gets punched. >> both of the attorneys involved were injured and one attorney's glasses were broken in the whole thing. >> is it a set-up? a planned attack? >> police say there was no reason for robinson to be in the courthouse that day. he had no scheduled hearing although he does have a record that stretches back to 2002. >> you hope the guy had to go through security to get into the courthouse so he doesn't have a dangerous weapon but to be slugged, sucker punched like that, it is scary. >> the county attorney told the des moines register this shows there needs to be more security for county attorneys.
