you don't really want to touch the guy all that much. >> and he has a third arm that's quite a distraction in the video. >> the sweet spot is exposed although that means you touch there. >> video number 2, the end of the fight and naked man continues up the platform and then just walks up the stairs into the town. he ends up walking through this town and starts punching drivers in their cars and smashed out shop windows according to police and of course people start calling police. they arrive on the scene. >> he is calling the cops. >> the naked man starts fighting the officers. they decide to use pepper spray. watch. the people around end up reacting to it. naked guy seems to be completely impervious to the pepper spray. they do get him down on the ground. naked guy pops back up and starts running away again. the guy behind the camera is like what is this guy on? >> what is he on? >> something is going on upstairs with this guy. >> is this a mental health issue

or a man on drugs? >> no reports saying whether or not he did have any kind of mental condition. we also don't know for sure if he was on some kind of substance. you finally see them get him under control. he was taken to a local hospital and admitted into the psychiatric ward. >> pretty tough to i.d. this guy not carrying his license. >> wheris it? he is an example of when a good idea goes bad. starts outlooking pretty successful. this is chair sliding. you can see the two guys being pulled by a truck and moving along pretty good. >> looks crazy fun, though. >> looks like a lot of fun. they're going around 40 miles per hour. you think they topple over when they go around the bend, no, they're going and one of the guys gives the world renouned symbol for speed up. let's see what this thing is made of.

a mobile home fire in west virginia is fully engulfed in flames. you can see from the amateur video, smoke and flames pouring out the windows. this is in bradley, west virginia, and the bradley prosperity volunteer fire department's jurisdiction. they did not respond to this fire. some reports say when the calls went into dispatch a non-fire fighting volunteer decided to dispatch the call to other mutual help stations in nearby towns and fire fighters put this fire out. some community members are saying the reason that the bradley fire department didn't respond is because it was bingo night. >> bingo. >> doesn't a fire kind of take precedence over bingo? >> yes, the public information officer for the bradley prosperity fire department in a press release says that several volunteers and family members were out sick and they did have seven trained and certified

members on staff that could have made the call. >> so why didn't they respond to the fire if people were there to answer the fire, they would have gone to it. i think it may have really been bingo night. >> we did confirm that bingo was happening the night of this fire but the blame is being placed on the guy who took the call. he was the one that made the decision to not send the bradley fire department. he has since been reprimanded. this seattle robbery went off without a hitch except for two things. number one, we got a picture of the criminal, and, number two, his entrance was delayed by a little bit of incompetent. he is at a store and you notice he is looking at the doors and he throws a brick at the window. nothing happens. then he throws a cinderblock at the window and tries it again. >> he hit it three times already and can't get in. finally. okay. >> once he's in, he makes away with lots of stuff including clothing, beer, wine, and notice
