boyfriend being apprehended by police, using a taser on both of these individuals. apparently before the video started, another couple backed into their car, police were called, they started having a conversation, police say thomas started to get angry and combative with the police, they're trying to arrest him. he is resisting and he is struggling with the police. the 29-year-old comes over to intervene. they instructed white to step back. according to police reports she refused, and they say he did use a one second dry stun to her left thigh and then they cuffed her face down in the parking lot. >> they spoke to a witness.
