how billy joe let an 11-year-old wow the crowd. and miley cyrus is hannah montana, now meet the girl who -- >> apparently doesn't know that. ♪ i got to say, not the brightest move to try to pull on the streets when you're surrounded by motorcycles. this is an apparently an organized ride in myrtle beach, south carolina. there's 400 plus bikers out there. organized, sanctioned, believed to be police escorts out there with them. look at what this person in a volvo tries to do. tries to pass a number of these guys on the shoulder. it's not an off-road vehicle, it's a sedan. you're driving over rumble strips and also the grass. watch what happens. >> oh! >> oh! >> gets completely out of

control, comes screaming across both lanes of traffic there. doesn't hit any of the bikers it looks like, but ends up down in the ditch, in the grass. doesn't hit any of the bikers but could have wiped out a bunch of them. the driver put lives at risk because of impatience. >> maybe the driver was annoyed because they had to drive slower, who knows. that's as bad as it gets. >> the one biker in front of the camera, looking like he might be giving the bird. in the comments, they say the bikers were going slow, and every so often they let cars pass them up when they needed to. >> i think that driver got exactly what they deserved. we have an update to some excessive force allegations against omaha pd captured on

this video. >> if you remember, this guy pulled up behind police as they were about to tow his car. he wanted to know what happened. then they took him to the ground. he got roughed up by police. he wasn't the only one. his two other brothers were arrested while they were on the scene. police ran into his aunt's home chasing after one of them. that brings up the question, was this too much? there has been a ruling by police. >> many of the police actions that took place that day were in violation of our policies and do not represent how i want our officers to carry themselves. >> they were admitting they were wrong. >> here's what happened, three officers and one commanding officer were relieved of duty, three were put on administrative duty and one has been

reassigned. the fbi and d.a.'s office are conducting criminal investigations that are separate from the investigation that the police are kwconducts. they have been investigated before for theft and sexual assault allegations. >> this just a sour culture in the omaha police force? >> that's a good question. the person who can answer that is dr. sam watson. is this a systematic failure within the omaha police agency? >> yeah, we believe what you saw in the video was excessive force. the person on the sidewalk across the street was trying to video record it. police officers have a history of keeping cell phones or destroying them.

then you saw ten officers run into the house. there was no legal justification for entering. then what you saw them do was a circus, 23 officers and no one was in charge. >> do you think that response is coming because of the tape? would this have happened without the video? >> the video had everything to do with it, including the national media, your media in putting it on the web nationally. it made all the difference in the world. a couple of guys are out for a duck hunt. they see those decoy ducks out in the water in front of them but one is swimming. that's not a duck, it turns out it is a big buck swimming across the wabash river in indiana. >> i didn't know how big he was. >> mike behind the camera, instead of grabbing his rifle,

he kept videoing it. mike got close to the buck, because once it got to the bank, the deer came right to them. wxow talked to mike. >> it was cool enough when he got 30 yards down the bank, when he started walking, people were ducking down. >> that would have been the easiest takedown in the history of hunting. >> they were not interested in shooting the buck, they were thrilled to capture this on camera. >> when he got up there, sunned himself with the silhouette, and bounced off into the glory of the sunlight, we were high-fiving. it was cool. >> mike said it was one of the best nature moments he's had. >> to see a buck of this caliber at three yards, it has to rank close to number one. >> the deer could careless about these dudes. in this age of technology, it's becoming harder and harder

just last week, billy joe pointing to the crowd, picking somebody out of the audience. he's known to do that, especially for the long "long view" that they perform. this night, he pulled 11-year-old davis. you see him whisper to davis a bit. i think he's asking him if you know the lyrics, sing in my ear. he hands him the mike and davis rocks the house. ♪ starting wailing in his youthful voice. ♪ billy joe is, like, yeah, kid. then he just rips into it. the best thing is this kid wasn't even alive when this song came out. >> right. >> he's not cower down either.

some things won't last 25 years. ah! woof. some things will. save up to 20% on an ikea kitchen. three guys drilling a new well, until things start to go a little too good. the pipe starts to force back out of the hole. from here it turns into what looks to me like a three stooges sketch. these two guys hanging on desperately to this big wrench around the pipe, but there's no way. can't fight the pressure of this water. >> gets out of their hands. watch what it does. the pipe goes shooting up in the air. once it gets too high, it buckles, cracks in hatch. all they can do is sit and watch. >> yeah. >> the hose is now stretched across the backyard, they're trying to figure out we'll have to cut this pipe and start over. so one guy starts sawing on the pipe and the other guy is standing there.
