>> see the frantic rush to save one woman left behind. we miss her, too. >> a wolf seems to mourn at a woman'sgrav with l now wiley's owners give the story behind the viral video. and one guy's tribute that dad that will make you go what? >> killer whales get their name for a reason. you're about to see why. there is a team of nine out there looking for blue whales when they saw this. a pod of orcas surrounding and attacking a family of sperm whales. at one point you hear somebody from the boat say -- >> i smell blood. >> no way. >> very dangerous confrontation in the water, probably not the best time to jump in. that's not what shawn hinrich

said. yohe a problem, you won't get saved here. >> here is shawn getting his gear on and jumps in a couple yards away from the big fight going down. at one point one of the orcas starts coming towards him and at the last minute veerz off and all of this went on for 30 minutes. talk to us about being in the water while this fight was going down, we have shawn hinrich joining us from boulder, colorado. glad to see you in one piece. tell us why you decided to put your gear on and get in the water. >> my belief in my heart is they're not conditioned to eat or attack humans. my brain was saying this is isn't a good idea and my heart was saying these animals resident trying to kill me and i realized there was only one way to answer that question. >> what's going through your mind as the one comes right at you. >> i might say it was a spiritual moment.

my analytical mind is saying how do i get back in the boat and my heart was saying it is not going to eat me. it was pounding me with sonar and i couldfeel it resonating through my body and almost as if it was scanning me trying to figure out what it was because in all likelihood they had never seen a human being before and you could see a deliberate movement where it veered off and went down deep. >> has this ever been recorded before. >> ten reported accounts of sperm whales attacked by orcas and no one has ever gotten in the world and documented this in history as we know. >> do you feel luck any. >> this is one of the greatest things i think i will ever document in the ocean. >> worth risking your life to get the shot? >> i had no choice. are you hanging out and north bend, oregon and decide to get a bite to see committee cozy kitchen, a respect the family restaurant, and you run into this. >> doesn't look cozy to me.

>> oh, my god. >> an early morning brawl at the cozy kitchen. these folks that captured this on camera were just there to grab a bite to eat. when you go back to the beginning, take a listen to this woman in the burgundy top. that's the waitress and that moment led servers to call police. watch what happened. one of the guys up against the booth then goes after what looks like a guy just watching the fight. pretty violent scene. again, at a family restaurant. the manager of the restaurant said because this is a family establishment, nothing like this has ever really happened before at their place. police did show up on the scene and they cited two people involved in this fight, 42-year-old desiree conso and

22-year-old anthony conso. they weren't taken into custody. they were released at the scene and cited for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct and they were banned from the cozy kitchen. fire fighters in highland park, michigan, get a call for smoke and flames coming from a four-story apartment building. you see at the bottom there is a liquor store. police had already gone in to try to begin evacuating the residents of the complex and tried to get as many out as they can and fire fighters are now going in because there are reports of somebody screaming from a second story apartment. as they go in other residents and people coming down the stairway to get out. >> these are always the most terrifying images as everyone is going out and fire fighters going up the stairs and that one was sitting there holding the door for everybody without any gear on. >> he arrived in his own personal vehicle, did not have the gear with him and stayed on scene and on the floor to he

could yell to the fire fighters so they would know where the stairs were. he played a big role in this. fire fighters found the apartment where a woman was trapped by the smoke and she was carried out by former nfl player curtis easton swung her over his shoulder and getting this woman to safety zx that is remarkable carrying all of his gear and sweating like crazy and carries her to safety. he is a hero. >> sadly, about 28 were displaced because of the fire and everybody got out okay. good work, fellas. the actions in the video i am about to show you are incredibly disturbing and are why police are looking for some of the people in the video including this juvenile that you see here running up to the girl. >> no. >> did he just pull a gun on the people? >> he also pointed it right at the girl's head and she needily puts her hands up and then he very casually walks back. it is almost as if he were playing. >> that's incredible.

maybe it is a fake gun. i hope it is not a real gun in the hands of somebody this young. >> and an adult walks up and takes the gun from him and seems to put it in the bag he is carrying and the kid just joins the two men. did you see the motion there? >> yeah. he kind of just mimicked what he just did. >> exactly. another angle shows one of the guys with the gun gets down on one knee and points it in the direction of a group of men walking toward them and then just gets up and runs around and joins them again as if playing around. >> this is weird. >> later you see an suv pull up. the men surround the front of the suv. they jump on the hood. one of them opens the door and after horsing around for a little bit they just get off and the driver just drives away. >> even if it is a fake gun, they're setting a horrible example by being so careless. >> part of the reason why police have released the video is because sometime after this surveillance video was captured one of the men pointed a gun at

a 27-year-old male. thent the house and called police and a few minutes later this happened. that is why police are looking for these guys. >> what do you do when you see someone driving down the street with an open gas tank? >> you honk at that guy and tell him. >> or you can do what this motorcyclist. >> no problem. >> we saw it, we wanted it, now we're trying it, the rolly egg master. >> it makes egg corn dogs. >> more like egg pop sickles. >> find out what happens when we put it to the test on "right this minute." why are 8 million people sleeping better tonight?

we miss her, too. >> this is wiley, and wiley is laying on the grave of a close family relative of his owners. this woman had just passed away and wiley was very close to her,

and her name was gladys, and they had a bond. wiley's owner said they developed a bond the moment that they met, and they shared that bond for more than four years. >> it looks like the dog is really crying. >> this is such a short video. it is so incredibly powerful. >> we wanted to know a little bit more about wiley and about this story. "right this minute" via skype we have wiley's owners lauren lindner and matthew simmons and caught up with them while they were on the road traveling for their non-profit association. >> tell us how you felt as you were seeing riley express this behavior. >> it was incredibly motivating. all of us were in a somber state and that's not that unusual for matthew and me because we have seen him in many other situations be that way. >> the video is short. can you describe to us the scene before and after the video cut. >> we were placing stones on the

grave and wiley walked up, laid down on the grave. he was in a real somber mood like he knew that something was missing and something wasn't there and really to this day i believe it was his way of saying goodbye. >> tell me about how he would interact with gladys. >> when gladys came over one time she would tell a story so elaborately with all kinds of hand gestures and there he was listening to the story like all the rest of the family members and she said what? what? it was this moment between the two of them. >> can you tell us a little about warriors and wolves? >> these wolves with a little dog in them, they're not sure if they're a wolf. they're not sure if they're a dog. many returning veterans, they're not sure if they're a man or a soldier and a psychologist at the ptsd program at the va can say, okay, if you can relate to how that animal feels, it really gives them a tool to kind of work back into society. >> do you have any wolves with you that you can show us?

let us get everything off the shelf, and to your home. in an attempt to show us how cool google glass can be, alexander chen put this video together and it is pretty awesome. he starts playing a viola, a larger version of a violin with a deeper sound and adds different videos playing different parts of the song creating what you can say is a mini orchestra. that's pretty good video quality, the google glasses, like the things you wear. >> you put them over your face. >> and this is his vantage point, what he is seeing directly. >> people will really start to use that for cool stuff. >> they won't be widely available until 2014. >> the go-pro camera
