the foothills where a man arrested of connection of a violent kidnapping. 44-year-old jason was arrested in mraser ville just after 8 this morning. he broke in an apartment where he tried to grab patricia the 15 month old. other family members hid in the other room and called 911. >> police are using dna evidence to figure out if that man was connected to the 8-year-old that was killed in calaveras county. ken. >> >> reporter: frank >> reporter: still a lot of people don't know about the arrest. those that know about it hesitant to make the connection. everyone here is hope full that this ordeal is going to come to some kind of conclusion soon. you can see behind me a

were on their way home this afternoon. john. >> reporter: they hope the media will give te until they hold a new conference. the 12-year-old was hurt in the bombing as his mother finished the marathon on april 15th. he still has 100 staples in his leg and has been in the hospital since april 15th. he also return to the site of the bombing. just after returning this afternoon, his parents told me aaron should make a full recovery. >> he's going to take some time to work out and physically, mentally it is there is a lot that's on his shoulders for a 12-year-old kid and going through what he went threw and what he saw.
