years old to an elderly woman. we will have a complete update coming up on the 10:00 news for this shooting happened in east palo alto, we'll be providing new details online at kt-v com. >> >> now, to the horrific and deadly limousine fire last night on the san mateo britain. still for word on what caused the limo, with nine female passengers to suddenly burst into flames. we learned that the group of women were celebrating a bachelorett party and the bride to be was among the five killed. ken pritchard joins us from foster city with what he has learned. ken? >> reporter: the limousine was traveling westbound on the san mateo bridge and it almost cleared the bridge when the fire broke out. we obtained cell phone video disturbing video from people passing by the scene first, when they passed by.

they thought everything was okay. they did not realize what they were witnessing. >> this is cell phone video. shot from the car that carlos guzman was in last night on the san mateo britain. >> my sisters first reaction was to say that was probably people trapped inside. >> reporter: were nine women in the back of the car on their way to a bridal event. the male driver and four women if the back escaped. five women died inside. the chp said this is not a crash and is looking for what what sparked the fire and where it started. >> it appears it was in the passenger department -p we don't know exactly where. >> reporter: the limousine belongs to limo stop in a statement, the company founder said -- .

>> we learned the limo was here inside of toe company building used to store cars for evidence. chp investigators were expected here this afternoon. carlos and his family initially relieved when they drove past the scene. >> as we approached the limousine, we saw people if in front of it >> reporter: it was only this morning when they learned of the five women who perished inside. >> terrible. really tragic. >> reporter: other than that, investigators are working this investigation no new news from the chp20 day on that investigation. many questions remain, not just how the fire started or where it started, why it is, only four of those women were able to escape from the back of that limousine. >> friendses and family members of the victim talking about that fire and the added tragedy for the young woman planning a

reservoir. matt just talked with the sheriff's deputies he has the latest for us. >> reporter: i just got confirmation the search is now over they just pulled out the body of a man missing far four hours after their canoe capsized. we just watched the ambulance taking that body to the hop. after we got word another man was pulled out at 2:00 this afternoon. he also died at the hospital. the canoe capsized 50-yards off shore just after 1:00 this afternoon. four family members were in the canoe. a 16-year-old girl and 25-year- old man able to swim to shore. a 35-year-old man pulled out an hour later we just received the confirmation he did die. a 30-year-old man was just found in the last half hour by divers, underwater, he was taken to shore, put in an ambulance and taken to the hospital. no one was wearing a life vest, deputies say and they are still

trying to determine why the canoe capsized. it's quite breezy out here. investigators are trying to determine if the weather had any cause in the canoe cap sizing earlier this afternoon. reporting live, matt keller, ktvu, channel "2 news." >> word into the newsroom about wildfires burning in the south bay an the peninsula. fire officials say fire broke out in the san mateo county. we don't know how big that fire is or if it is threatening any structures. two other small grass fires. despite cooler temperatures, we are not out of the fire danger. >> that's right, ken we still have wind out there. winds have reversed, but still some strong winds out there, right around the south bay, with that fire danger, it remains el he veiled and you get winds sustained at 5-miles an hour, half moon bay out of the south at 18-miles an hour,
