gruesome discovery. they found a human head as they were sorting through debris and it was made on 10th and pine streets. it is not clear if that person is a man or woman but they are going through missing persons cases and trying to get some answers. they evaded police after a three hour standoff. somebody spotted a gun near the hayward bart center. he turned on that officer. they surrounded him for three hours but could not track him down. a sacramento woman is accused of slapping a sheriff's deputy in the faces a part of her plan to quit smoking because she said she wanted to be in jail because it would
