that he slaps this woman who is charging at the door several times. >> any idea what started this? >> no word on what started this actual fight, but it goes on for nearly a minute and who knows how long it was going on before this neighbor picked up the camera. >> hey! >> get out of here. >> hey! >> you hear neighbors yelling hey, hey. the driver gets out of the truck and says tell her to get out of here. the altercation seems to continue in the road. >> to me, it looks like the driver is trying to defend himself at this point. she's trying to get on to the truck. looks like she's going at him. >> we reached out to ups. they were unaware of this video until we contacted them. a spokesperson for ups said this driver absolutely did the wrong thing. if something like this happens, someone does come toward the truck, ups drivers are trained to shut the doors and to stay inside and to call police if necessary. so ups says now, they are going to launch an investigation based

on the evidence they see in this video. >> i have a feeling the driver is going to get in trouble because even thou in the wrong i'm sure they don't want their employees slapping people. >> get the [ bleep ] out of here. i'm going to -- get the [ bleep ] out of here. >> if you love horses or basically you're a decent human being, this video will disturb you. this comes from the humane society of the united states. they were in blunt county helping county officials remove 19 tennessee walking horses from this barn. why? there were accusations of animal cruelty. the trainer at this facility was charged with felony animal cruelty because horses were being sword. >> soaring is where a trainer will apply a caustic chemical to the horse's legs and wrap them or cook them or bake them into t the horse's legs to make their

muscles sensitive to it helps with the exaggerated gate. >> last year somebody was arrested for it. the humane society says the tennessee walking group said, that was just one person but recently, another man was arrested and charged with felony cruelty because of soaring animals. they are taking these animals away and they have to be careful because these horses are on stacks. >> next two months, they will step them down over the big stacks that are currently on their feet. they have to come off of them gradually so they don't cause any damage to the muscles in their front legs. >> that's heartbreaking. i had no idea that people even considered this kind of treatment, just for show horses. >> not all tennessee walkers are trained like this. >> right. this is the abuse side of training. this is people caring more about the blue ribbon than the well-being of the horses.

this is video from the scene of a rescue in auckland, new zealand. not the kind of rescue you would expect, though. firefighters are rescuing this older gentleman from inside the post office. >> he looks fine to me. >> he is doing just fine. this is merv wallace. he went to the post office afterhours to check this mail. this is a very secure post office. there's a little keypad. type in the code. after he got his mail he goes to the door to get out and the handle fell off. >> oh, my goshp. >> he couldn't reattach it. he didn't have a cell phone or

if we know anything about the man known as the l.a. beast he never backs down to a challenge. we've seen this guy eat quite frankly all sorts of stuff and drink all sorts of stuff. but he was recently offered up a

challenge, a challenge to chug a gallon of chocolate milk. we've seen him do far crazier things but this challenge hit those to home for kevin. >> a student, ethan griffin, at high school, fairfax, virginia, he died unexpectedly a couple weeks ago through suicide. >> kevin dealt with some suicides of some of his own friends back in ridgewood, new jersey, his hometown. the student from wt woodland high school in fairfax his favorite drink was chocolate milk. his family set up a fund at the josh anderson foundation, which provides resources and support for suicide prevention so, of course, in this video, kevin strally is not only completing the chocolate milk challenge but telling people to donate to the josh anderson foundation and also kind of delivering his own message. >> just help each other stand tall through this tough loss of a friend and classmate. >> but in perfect l.a. beast fashion he's still got to drink

there are places to turn to. like the josh anderson foundation, for example, just pick up the phone and call. there's somebody there that's going to listen to you. >> be honest with us, how tough was it to take down all this milk? >> it was fairly easy during it but afterwards, i wasn't feeling too well. i had to do it for ethan. look what's swimming in beaver lake. >> not beavers, not fish. those would be deer. these people caught three deer swimming from one piece of land to another. they are known to do that trying to get fresh vegetation and a new view, a little vacation. they caught it while they were on their boat in beaver lake, arkansas. >> swimming a straight line right over to that island shoreline. >> like tandem swimming for deer. >> looks like a race to be honest. >> the kids are like hey, let's go pet them. >> up close to them so we can pet them. >> no, you don't want to scare them, man. >> they are good swimmers. it's quite impressive given that they have hooves. >> it's not like they do that
