both the aunt and girl's younger center they were both taken to the hospital. but i'm told their injuries are not life threatening. heather holmes, ktvu news. a 16-year-old boy is in juvenile hall accused of stabbing another teenager on a school bus. police say it happened after a fight broke out among four people on the bus around 3:30 this afternoon. the bus driver stopped near bariessa in east san jose. the driver then helped detain everyone involved until officers arrived. a 16-year-old student from independence high school is said to be recovering now from nonlife threatening injuries. now to calaveras county and the killing of 8-year-old leila fowler. we have learned the district attorney there filed charges today against her 12-year-old brother. the fowler family including the accused brother attended this vigil three days after leila

michaela lynch. if you see her call 911. if you approach her her family is urging that you do so in a calm and gentlemanner so as not to frighten her. live at clear lake, amber lee. a house fire claimed the life of a man in san jose this afternoon. that fire started at about 31: 3:00 -- 3:15 inside a home at beltre way. they found a man in the room in the second floor of the home. crews pulled him out but were unable to save his life. it appears to be accidental. also in the south bay firefighters were busy today fighting several brush fires along highway 237. at least two fires erupted just before 5:00 this evening near great american parkway. earlier in the day a series of small fires led authorities to close the freeway completely. firefighters from sunny vale and san jose say they worked together to put out four wildfires in the area. there is word tonight that this summer's america's cup

only on 2, a san francisco group is raising serious questions over the organization locks of love. researchers say there are millions of the dollars worth of hair that is unaccounted for. >> reporter: it's a sacrifice many have made to help sick kids who have lost their hair. but at deca salon at berkeley, perez is having second thoughts about where to send her client's recent donation. >> it's very disappointed. >> out of 4,300 hair donations they only produced 315 wigs. >> reporter: a 10 page report by the group found locks of love can't seem to account for about $6 million worth of hair
