looks like some sort of belt or whip to physically hit these young boys as they scream, as they cry, as they beg her to stop. some reports say this is the way they get these boys to go to sleep. some say it's a tactic to keep them in line, to get them to behave. >> this is bs. that's what this is. there is no way to explain this in any rational matter. this is abuse to these kids. >> that's not how you get kids to go to sleep. >> it's wrong. it's weird they filmed it. what's the point of that, look at it later and feel good about it. >> some reports say this was not filmed in secret but it was caught on camera by a 17-year-old resident of this actual orphanage and this video was turned over to authorities and the ministry of education has launched a full investigation. >> these kids don't have moms and dads. they need love. they don't need this. they are going to be traumatized. >> you're absolutely right.

this is heartbreaking on every level to see. >> as if being a new driver wasn't scary enough, these are students learning how to drive a 70 foot semitruck. granted, they are probably not new drivers, but look what they encountered. suddenly they are caught in a storm, a stark cloud over, tons of rain. then it gets really dark. >> you can barely see the car in front. >> they say they were caught in a tornado. they are in shreveport, louisiana, and the national weather service confirms that there was a tornado in the shreveport area. we don't know if this is that tornado. >> that's not an easy vehicle to operate when there are heavy, high winds.
