the department has kept up when the two officers were killed. now the chief and the sheriff will cover the result of e murd departments of the two and police shot and killed that suspect and we are also supposed to learn what the internal investigation revealed. yesterday they gathered for a photo and they included the two officers they lost. sergeant loran butch baker and officer elizabeth butler. it was the first time they were together since the memorial service and they are wearing new pins of sergeant loran butch baker and officer elizabeth butler. they learned about it and after he shot the officers, he stole one of their cars and guns and he finally ended up shooting him and it bass the first time he was the last in the line of

skirting the north and we have a whopper of a low in extreme northern california and maybe some shower activity towards shaster and clouds in shaster 39 degrees and a brisk cold morning with match chi low clouds around. there have been gusts, 35 at fso and i don't see much change for a while but in fact there may be a reinforcement of that low so temperatures will stay cool to below average. washington state students are getting a snow day in the middle or almost end of may and it has dumped as much as 12 inches which knocked out power and caused them to be canceled. school officials say they will have to make up that missed day

before they are let out for summer vacation. a massive landslide has been threatening a lake county subdivision and this is the first time there is no significant areas but a number of others have been abandoned and they are asking for funding but governor brown has not responded to that demand. they are responding to a water-main break and a cast iron pipe burst on 15th avenue and city crews are still making repairs and the repairs are going until august. >> less than 30 minutes from now, hundreds of nurses will walk off the job for a two day

strike in regional medical center being and they are many to coincide with a seven day strike in the east bay. nurses at sutter hospitals have been striking to proposed cuts and at the university california hospitals, it is over, the two day strike canceled dozens of surgeries and they claim they are understaffed and they say the real issue is the union's refusal to accept a new pension plan. an eyesore in the south bay is back back and trying to cover up graffiti has not worked. problems and concerns still facing construction.
