and she will have a live report in just a few minutes. police in concord are looking for a man who clipped a police uisewho approached a man suspected of urinating in public. he jumped into the car and police do not believe it was intentional and they described the car as possibly a honda accord. police are looking into whether alcohol was a factor in a deadly hit-and-run crash. friends and family are leaving candles and flowers and police say they were all victims who were ejected when a driver smashed into the car. the force was so great it cut the mustang in half. they were also looking into

alcohol and toxicology reports are pending but we believe alcohol was associated. the driver of the mustang fled the scene but later turned him into police. the fire is threatening homes and forcing evacuations. the 1200-acre fire is burning 1,500 miles north of santa barbara. mostly campers were forced to leave the area and it is only 50% contained and threatening several homes in the area. they do say air attacks will resume this morning. in san rafael, a horse was rescued from a 30-foot well after being trapped for hours.
