alcohol and toxicology reports are pending but we believe alcohol was associated. the driver of the mustang fled the scene but later turned him into police. the fire is threatening homes and forcing evacuations. the 1200-acre fire is burning 1,500 miles north of santa barbara. mostly campers were forced to leave the area and it is only 50% contained and threatening several homes in the area. they do say air attacks will resume this morning. in san rafael, a horse was rescued from a 30-foot well after being trapped for hours.

been shot and they are all at fso general and we understand they found a black man in his 40s suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg. several were transported and behind me police are still combing through the scene which is sort of graphic and we have some flashlights and we understand the gun has actually been recovered at another scene. we understand three suspects are in custody and their car was chased and it ended up crashing near cameron and near the double rock housing development. there begun was tossed out and it was a glock pistol with an extended magazine which means a regular police gun will have extended rounds but others will

fit 30 so it is important to catch these guys. three are in custody and we don't know their genders or ages but right now police are out at the scene and they do have a section here at 16th street, it is down and blocked off and we will stay on top of this. ktvu channel 2 morning news. an oregon teen arrested for a column bind style attack planned to use bombs to blow up his school. police found a checklist detailing a plan with a diagram of the school and based on the evidence found, he will be tried as an adult. passengers on a plane had to tackle a man before he
