top stories we are looking at, san francisco police have made four arrests in the mission district. three people were injured and one of the injured has life- threatening injuries. police made the arrest after a crash that ended in the bay view district. the suspect rear-ended a police car and the police officer in the car was not seriously hurt. senator barbara boxer is demanding an investigation of the nuclear power plant. they want to know if they intentionally misled federal regulators. they have been shut down since last year because of a radiation leak. and in santa barbara a fire is forcing evacuations in the

loss padres national forest. brian flores joins us on whether the wind will be calmer today because that was certainly a problem yesterday. >> it certainly was, good morning, pam. they have a huge task today battling not only the fire but as you mentioned pam, the high wind and it could be up to 40 to 50 miles per hour and it is being called a white fire and it is 50 miles north of santa barbara and it is moving quickly through the loss padres forest and 4,000 residents had to be evacuated. the belief is that the fire is only 10% contained and those numbers may change throughout the day. many were cabins and vacation rentals and 50 other out buildings or structures.
