kicked the bus driver now starting to beat the bus driver about the back of the head. >> never a good idea to kick the guy operating the vehicle you're in. >> makes no sense at all. six people were injured and three people had to be hospitalized. that man is now in police custody. you see that and think it's an ice late incident but in china, this 83-year-old man was caught on camera assaulting a bus driver. yanks this woman out of the seat. she loses control of the bus. this man's action caused a nine vehicle pile up and collected another bus. >> i'm sorry, you said the dude was 83 and started boxing on the bus driver. >> was also upset that the driver wouldn't stop to let him out where he wanted. you see a group of women that are other passengers trying to get this guy off the driver. >> this is what it looked like from the other bus that was hit. you see the driver falling out

of the seat. things crashing down. people falling all over the place. in this incident, nobody was seriously injured. you never know what you're going to see snorkeling off the coast of mexico. in this case, a whole bunch of whale sharks speeding near the source of the ocean. these are not diver, these are snorkele snorkelers. look how close they are. >> arms lejt. >> whale sharks are enormous. >> and not dangerous. they're so cool to look at. they're from like a science fiction movie. >> they're somehow created by a puppet master. let's see how the lady behind the cameraacts when this happens. >> oh, snap. the whale ran into her. the whale shark was just feeding and she ended up getting bumped

by the giant whale shark while she was filming the other whale shark. she screamed and quickly surfaces. >> good thing she hung on to the camera. >> and snorkel. not unusual for kids to say wooerl settle it with our fists but the orange county, florida sheriff's office says this has gotten out of control. they say there's been a series of fights before and after school and nobody is reporting it. you can see these are pretty violent. police say these fights involve boys and girls. kids are leaving bruised, bloody, banged up but parents haven't reported anything. the apartment complexes, the employees there haven't reported anything. they can't get the community to report any of these kid who is were involved. the sheriff's office says these are mostly middle school students and they have multiple videos of these fights.

this. the wrong punch at the right time to your face or head, you can get a concussion. you can die from a fight like this but they'll run away when there's a gunshot. two very unfortunate events caught on dash cam in russia. it maybe difficult to watch for some people. quickly, you see a driver in a black car come into the shot from the right hand side, clearly driving on the shoulder trying to get past all of these cars and that seems to go fine until he tries to get back into the lane, loses control of the car. it ends up skidding on to the other lane into oncoming traffic and slams into a van that was driving in the opposite direction. this accident did cost the life of the driver and the passenger of that black car and it did end up sending two other people in serious condition to the hospital including the driver of the white van that it ran into.

there's another video that shows emergency workers using the jaws of life to break the black car open to be able to get the bodies inside the car out. >> you can bearly even tell that they're working on a car. just looks like mangled metal and glass. here's another dash cam video. it's hard to see because it happens up ahead on the road but it looks like a motorcyclist was just hit by a car. it sends the motorcycle and the rider down the street. but notice the black car, as it tries to get out of the way. >> it slings the motorcycle back toward the rider and hits him again. >> that's right. you see the rider trying to get up but he's disoriented and wobbling on his feet. walking over to the grassy area on the curb, grabs on to the fence, clearly in pain. the driver of the truck does end up getting out. to find out if the rider is

elevator and when the doors open up the next time, watch what happens. >> what the -- >> did she fall into the shaft? >> as the doors were open this woman was trying to exit. this is a 24-year-old woman and the elevator dropped three floors as she was trying to exit the elevator. the impact nearly cut her body in half. all of the disturbing parts have been censored out of this video but the reason it's creating such a public outcry, there's been more than four elevator related deaths just this month alone. now according to chinese news reports this particular elevator was just inspected by a chinese inspection company days before this accident happened. >> but anything about the elevator being over capacity? there were a lot of people in there. >> there were 14 people in this

elevator at the time this happened but no reports saying this was over capacity or over the weight limit for this elevator. the other thing that's difficult to watch is these people do have to stay on this elevator after this happens. you see a worker finally get the dooen aop you see the people exit distraught. way down yonder there was a whole lot of white water rafters. a bunch of people enjoying the white water express. a new white water rafting experience and you can see this section of the river, quite a challenge for these rafters. those guys getting tossed out. not the only rafts that have trouble in this section because raft after raft after raft continues to pile into this section and they keep getting thrown out. that's why you go out on a river

like this. you want to experience fun white water and rapids but that boat isn't even out of the way until this next boat gets sent down but this section has been designed and engineered to have safe white water. the engineers say they took a lot of time making sure they were safe. it's like a bucking bronco now. they all get knocked out. >> it's like a pile up on a highway here. a bunch of raft and people get jamd up into the same section. >> it's like feet flying up over the rocks. feet and paddles. >> a lot of people in this boat. looks like they're going to make it. do they? >> oh yeah. >> well, of about 950 people that tackled the rapids over the weekend, nobody got hurt. >> in this big cats defense, i
