sal, thank you. we're following breaking news in oakland where three people have been shot four blocks from city hall. tara moriarty is live with what we are learning about the club. >> reporter: we know a security forward and two women were shot just outside this bar called the shadow ultra lounge. and we noticed at a nearby furniture store there is a bullet where it chipped the tile and went through the window. and right now police will bees using surveillance video to try to figure out how this unfolded. around 1:00 this morning the security guard and the women were take ton the hospital with nonlife threatening yours.packe about 300 people were having a private 18 scene over par -- 18 scene over party. >> at this point we know there

was some sort of verbal argument outside. don't know at this time if the shots are related to that, but it appears it may possibly be related. >> reporter: police scoured the scene for evidence hours later and they are now reviewing that surveillance. coming up you will hear from a woman inside the bar when the chaos broke out and how she helped one of the gunshot victims when people were fleeing the bar. live in oakland i'm tara moriarty. >> we are also learning more about a triple shooting in oakland where a 17-year-old boy was killed. it happened just before 2:00 yesterday afternoon. a 60-year-old woman in a passing car and another teenager were injured. police have not made any arrests. police are investigating three separate shootings saturday night that happened an hour apart. a woman was shot around 9:00 p.m. around 65th avenue and east lawn street. an hour later two men were shot

an 73rd avenue. police found a man who had been shot on 78th. oakland police are scheduled to announce a new strategy to deal with dangerous side shows today. the announcement comes after gunfire early saturday morning that left a woman in critical condition and wounded two men. police who live near 106th avenue say side shows are a problem almost every weekend. police believe the victims of saturday shootings were spectators. you will want to give yourself extra time this morning if you listen on crossing the richmond san rafael bridge. construction work is expected to cause delays and katie joins us with a live look at the project. >> reporter: we are standing in the eastbound lanes that are just closed down yesterday when crews closed down those lanes it caused quite the traffic

crunch. people we spoke to say they had multiple hour delays. things where flowing fine just now. but give yourself extra time this morning if you plan on crossing the richmond san rafael bridge. cal tran says a construction project will likely cause delays this morning. crews are replacing the westbound bridge deck just east of the toll plaza to accommodate the work two westbound lanes have been shifted to the east side. >> we have narrower lanes and we have a traffic shift. we need to have people observe that 45 miles an hour speed limit. >> reporter: also the eastbound 580 western drive onramp is closed because of the construction. traffic delays could last up to three months. now more details on interstate 580 lane closures. the speed limit in the effected area is reduced to 45 miles an hour. cal tran says trucks three quarter of a ton or less can access the eastbound direction

an army man accused of leaking classified documents to wikileaks is standing trial today. manning says he leaked the documents to raise awareness of civilian casualties in wars in iraq and afghanistan. he faces life in prison if convicted. manning was originally named grand marshal of the san francisco pride parade but was dropped from the event. a group of business leaders will take a look at giving california state park system a makeover. they will study how to revamp the park system for 18 months. the group of private sector business leaders will come up with recommendations how big the park system should be. it comes a year after financial problems threaten to close a quarter of the states 280 parks. despite the bolt problems on the bay bridge. seismic work on the golden gate bridge is going as planned. there have been no major problems on a project to

strengthen the golden gate bridge. when the project is finished, transit officials say the bridge will be able to withstand an 8 .3 magnitude earthquake. the current phase is expected to be finished by this fall. there are new concerns about san francisco's hall of justice. coming up at 5:00 why mayor ed lee is calling it the most dangerous building in the city and concerns about whether or not it would hold up during a powerful earthquake. a recent report shows muni's light rail trains had an on time performance rate of 5078% in may. the transit agency blames old trains and rail tracks for the service. muni plans to make rail repairs adjust the turn around schedule and hire more supervisors to improve performance. it also plans to mid on new trains next year. investigators in central california think it will be a day or two before tracks will reopen following a cargo train

eight children are without their father after a shooting at a birthday party in vallejo. two others were hurt saturday night when a man walked up to a home and opened fire on the crowd there. police say the shooting does not appear to be gang related. they are asking anyone who was in the area to come forward with information. new this morning police are investigating the death of a woman found at a santa rosa park. yesterday two girls discovered the body in pollen creek. the body has not been identified but police say the woman is white and appears to be in her 50s. police say there are no signs

of trauma and foul play. former golden state warriors player can face charges in connection to a deadly crash in georgia on friday. he is already charged on driving on a suspended license. a woman was killed in the head on crash. investigators plan to talk to him today to find out what caused the crash and determine if he will face more charges. we have an update on aing to who touched hearts around the world after losing her snout. we want to warn you the photos you're about to see my be graphic. a year and a half ago the girl lost her dog to save to young girls. she is now been given the okay to return to her family. while it was not possible to reconstruct the dogs upper snout, the team was able to seal the wound preventing
