brothers who rescue the cubs. you see people from the department of natural resources placing one of the bear cubs in a crate. but notice the third bear cub is climbing up this tree. you do see rescuers putting a ladder up, a regular old lard's not going to get them high enough. one of the brothers goes up the ladder and shimmies up the tree. >> did he forget he's's climbing up a tree to a bear with teeth and claws. >> you're about to see. he's as comfortable in the tree as the bear. they decide a better idea to pass him noose. >> throw the bear down. >> pulls the bear down from the tree and drop him to the folks waiting at the bottom of the tree! >> my gosh. >> they've got the bear by the back skin of the neck as he screams. it's so heartbreaking to hear the screams. they end up taking the bear cub across the street, back over to

the waiting truck. they get another crate out and put the bear in. now, according the department of natural rsourcespolicy,in a mni to make sure they're healthy. the goal is to release them back into the wild. the patterson police department in new jersey is asking for the public's health after releasing this surveillance video. you'll see this 33-year-old victor torres behind the telephone pole. within a few seconds torres begins attacking violently. torres is the guy you see right here. he holds this man down and begins robbing him. he's take things out of his pocket. but you also see this guy in what looked like jeans and a t-shirt. he comes over and steps on the victim's throat a number of times. also see a man and a woman kind of in the background not doing anything, kind of viewing the robbery go down. >> i can't believe the callo

callousness of the guy who has his foot on the throat. >> rodriguez was able to respond to the scene and arrest 33-year-old victor torres, the main aggressor. but they're looking for this other guy. and also trying to track down the man and the woman standing here in the background, not doing anything as well. they surely look like they know these people who are committing a robbery. >> watching it, you've got at least two against one. they really throw that guy's head back. you see it bounce off the concrete. >> i want them to get the other guy but i'm glad they've got one of them. the situation is like this. we've seen it before. a lot times you get one guy, more prone to rat out his buddy. mother nature can always put on a great show. but sometimes she leaves a bit of a mess. like near santa maria in italy, you can see a waterspout forming over the water and it is beautiful. you think, maybe it's diminishing but it doesn't. and it puts on quite a show.

you see here it's kind of swimming the boats in what looks like a small marina. but then it kind of picks up more energy. oh! you hear a loud crack of thunder and then this thing gets closer to boats close to land. you can hear the wind, the whistling. >> looks like it's picking up speed, too. >> you could start seeing pads from people's boats flying up in the air and the boats are directly hit by this thing. when it makes landfall, everybody's like, we need to get out of here. >> what a strange phenomenon. so tiny but caused so much damage. >> not to be left out. a couple of guisers went off at the same time in yellowstone. this hasn't happened since 1988. the guy who shot the video said that rangers nearly trampled him trying to get a look at this. according to experts, you have the morning geyser, the fountain geyser. what happens, it's a dual
