the pavement. and plus a special freefall for a former u.s. fighter. >> you may see that corporal todd love has lost both of his legs and his right hand. >> this man proves that nothing is going to hold him back. and a couple of prize fig fighters, and it is coming up. a man was walking down the street and had his sony camera and came upon this scene. >> please. >> the person shooting the video is david silvercloud and he has his camera in one hand and the cell phone in another, and he is talking to a 911 operator. >> there is an arrest going on at the hospital, and the citizen is holding down what looks like a shoplifter. >> he thought it was a citizen's arrest, but then the person is a little short identifying himself. >> i have no idea what is going

on. >> this video is causing controversy, because some people are wondering if you should vid videotape while people are making an arrest, and they are saying that this makes police behave. >> i think that people are having a problem with this, because the alleged shoplifter is on the ground sniffling and whining with his pants down. >> if anything, this is a deterrent to anybody who might consider shoplifting. >> the police are on the way. >> why are you doing this? >> because you stole something. >> no, did not. >> he is saying that he did not steal anything, but early in the video he said, please, i put it back. then he said i didn't do it, then he is saying that my life is ruined. one cop, two cop, and three cops come and take over. >> think about the actions and that is all the video shows you, think about what you are about to do before you make those decisions. >> police said that this suspect is known to them, and he was wanted on several outstanding warrants.

frame. a biker and the racecar, and you see her face down on the street. well, you don't see off camera the cyclist running into the racecar and the racecar signaling other cyclists is able to render help, and remember, i said that the other vehicle is a race vehicle. watch this. >> oh, no! >> oh, no. >> and you see a guy there looking like in a referee shirt trying to get everybody in the right lane and a handful can react, but one can't. you see one trying to hop over her, but that guy is tangled up, and the racecar driver was transported to the hospital for minor injuries which is good. you can [ bleep ] pictures of it. >> so fishing totally awesome especially when you catch a really big fish like these guys did, and i believe from what

sa. and remember, he is a rapper, but he was arrested and thrown in jail for lyrics he posted on his facebook page and charged with terrorist lyrics. last week, a jury decided not to indict him. and i have another update for you, the district office in boston telling media outlets they will not pursue any further charges against camy d, and facebook pages in support of him and petitions to show the government about how many people were opposed to what was happening and to tell us more about the public campaign in support of camy d, we have the

head of the civil rights organization who is supporting him. what is the main reason that you got behind him? >> well, it is a personal issue for us, because we fight for the rights of our sister organization, and we work on issues of internet freedom and issues of freedom of expression. with we saw 90,000 people sign this petition asking for cameron d and brozie to be released. in an age that people are concerned about security, we are not willing to give up our civil rights. >> well, he has not said so many nice things, but has he said about his intent? >> well, when we talk about free speech cases, we are not talking about whether we agree with cam or like what he has to say or whether the rap lyrics are artistic or useful or not, and we need to protect all speech. we need to make sure that free speech is not undermined at the

margins, because it is a slippery slope when the government defines what we can and cannot say. maybe it was worthy of a search warrant one might argue, but throwing a young man in jail after no evidence of weapons or manifesto or any plans to harm anybody, and when he was clearly stating that they were rap lyrics and he didn't mean to hurt anyone, it shows that the government's response here was way out of line. >> how do you feel that the district attorney's office is saying that they won't pursue any charges. do you feel like you had a hand in it? >> absolutely. we showed here that when people get together and speak out, they can make a difference. it is great that young people especially were able to speak out about this, and to see that their voices mattered and made a difference. you are gone. >> vandals are caught in the act. >> now, give them the business just like this guy did. >> and see why police are not happy with the man behind the camera. plus, a crazy challenge on a

a lot of people watching and talking about this video from melbourne, australia. a guy on a train and look at what he catches. walks to the back. yeah. two young people vandalizing, graffiti all over the train, and the guy says gotcha. >> you are gone. guess where this is going, boys? that is [ bleep ] and this is serious. get some, this sugly. >> and every time i see that kind of junk, i see, man, if i caught one of these punks doing that, i would get mad and give them the business just like this guy did. >> they have nowhere to run, but

watching. i am glad this guy did take action. >> [ bleep ]. >> and hard to watch this video without welling up with respect and inspiration for corporal todd love. he is learning to sky dive solo, but first, he has some help from the guys at axis sky dive in hilo, arizona. he has to have a special harness built, and you see three guys j jumping out of the plane, and you will notice that corporal todd love has lost both of his legs and his right hand, all blown off in an ied explosion in afghanistan when he stepped on that ied, but it has not slowed him down one bit. take a look at todd's facebook page, you will see that he has been surf iing, wrestled alligators, and he does all kinds of things that life has to off. one of the other things on the bucket list was this jump. todd wanted to not only learn to sky dive, but he wanted the do it solo. there he is getting instructions. >> yeah, they let him go. he is out there on his own.

this flight was supposed to go from spray gas to the phoenix mesa gateway airport, but they were on the tarmac for a while. this is to boost morale and in the cabin, you hear one guy lifting up the boom box and they had if go through plane changes because of technical issues and the air can't run while you are on the tarmac, because they need the engine and it was 110 degrees on the tarmac. some passengers said they did not give water, but alley gent said they gave free beverages to everybody, and also $100 credit to each person, but they were stranded on the tarmac fr hours. and stnded in the term another plan mess. to talk to us about this is the man with the boom box, herb martin and he was part of the bachelor party and one of his buddies was getting married. he joins us via skype.

tell us about the conditions of the plane. what happened? >> well, they were saying that there was a mechanical issue with the plane's engine and this is going on two hours before they switched us to another plane, which didn't happen, because we had to sit on the tarmac for another hour and a half. >> did they give you water or snacks? were you hydrated? >> they gave user after they boarded us the first time and then back on and got back on an hour and a half later and stuck again for an hour. but once the plane was airborne, they provided us with free bef rajs. >> in the video, people were looking like they were having a good time, and were people upset and mad and yelling? >> we got an hour and a half into the delay, that is when a lot of the people started to get a little bit more uneasy, and that is why me, and my buddies decided to liven this plane up, because nothing else we can do besides make the best of the worst situation. >> will you fly alligent again?
