like he was asked to do, the fire chief continues to scream things at him as he is walking away. we reached tout the uniontown fire department, and they did not give us a comment, but we have uniontown native christopher shellhammer right this minute to talk to us. on this particular day, what were you out there filming? >> i was coming home and saw the emergency vehicles. >> i'm the fire chief. are you going to argue with me? >> am i breaking the law? >> i found out after the fact that it was a piece that fell off one of my neighbor's cars that she was concerned about. >> were they concerned that the item that fell off of the car was a bomb or explosive? >> i assume that is the initial impression, but they have already had people on scene for 10 or 15 minutes before i got there, and they thought it was an actual bomb they would have started evacuation, and they would have had it taped off. >> what kind of response have you had from people in the community since you posted this video and response from the fire department? >> no response from the fire department. i'd have to say that 90% of the

when up ahead somebody attempts to make a pass and squeezes the motorcycle rider way off to the right-hand side. if you are a motorcycle and something like that happens to you, you get pretty ticked off, as in this motorcycle video. motorcyclist not going too fast and he is going to overtake the kcar to the left, and as he doe, somebody pulls out in front of him. oh, boy. nearly misses t-boning that white car and she is going to take it out on the white car. that is not satisfying enough, so here goes the side view mirror, and a couple more punch, and that is still not satisfying enough, so he is going to put the kickstand down on the bike and put a boot to the grill. the car pulls away and out into traffic again in front of the blue van causing almost another accident. worst part is this guy is not the best driver and now he does not have a side view mirror. well, if you are in the uk

and trying to steal someone's bike, think again, because they can get you. this is security cam, and this guy with the white t-shirt walks up to the bike rack and camera zooms in on him, because he is about to attempt to steal the bike. he takes the bolt cutters out of the bag he is carrying, and he manages to get on the bike and try riding it away, but he has been spotted by manchester police, and when he tries to get away, they chase after him. >> whoa! >> well done, manchester police. that is quick response time. >> yep. they take his butt down. they drag him, and knock him off of the bike and they do end up arresting him. >> the thief makes quick work of getting the bike unhooked from the rack, but those guys were there quicker. >> yes. quicker on their feet than he was on the bike. the very next day he was

security cameras in this arizona neighborhood catching the good guys in action for once. you see the camera trained on this side gate of the house. you watch closely, you will see this guy run up, jump over the neighbor's side and continue running off screen. you see the cars in the background, unmarked? those are u.s. marshals trying to track down a suspect. they have been chasing this guy by bicycle through the park and cars screeching around the corner, and that is when the owner of this house, owner of the camera started to hear the noise and comes around the side of the house from his backyard and he says what is going on? that is when the marshall is like, whoa, put your hands up. the marshall realizes it is not their man, but robert basal knows where the suspect went and pointed it out to the marshall and said, hey, he is over there. cool. that is a cool video. helping them out.

and you can see the marshalls cars continue to drive up and down the street and they eventually wound up getting the guy in custody two doors down. the marshalls did confirm that a suspect was arrested and probation violation was involved. and basil said that the guy had thrown some substance, and perhaps a drug of sort into his backyard. robert here provided the marshalls with the video trying to help them out. >> and how about some entertainment with your beer? >> okay. >> and better yet, entertainment from the beer? we want to call this the world's first edison bottle. you might recognize the original edison phonograph technology. >> it was invented late 19th century which is when beck started to create beer coincidentally. >> they had to design a device to inscribe a song on to a beer

harbor patrol. >> reporter: this is the 26- foot fishing boat as it was sinking. video captured by the harbor patrol. it began an hour earlier when the call came in, they were 2 miles out, on the boat were two couples, the owner and his son, all from the central valley. >> received a may day call. >> reporter: they went out and got there within 7 minutes. >> we took 4, 5 on board. >> water was coming in faster than they could remove it. >> the boat continued to rock back and forth and within two minutes it sank. >> the people on the boat did everything right and that is why they survived. >> they all life jackets on.
