a man who held place bay has been taken into custody. up until just about 10 minutes ago all trains were stopped there in both directions. what we are showing you here is video from news chopper 2. you see a lot of police presence. as of just minutes ago we have learned the suspect police were looking for at the 22nd street cal train station has been taken into custody. of course it may take a couple minutes for the situation to completely subside. we do know one man is in custody. a registered nurse napa state hospital is recovering after an attack by a patient over the weekend. a representative says the nurse was attacked last night. the nurse activated a personal alarm and other staffers responded immediately. the patient was arrested and taken to jail. a hospital represent have won't -- representative said an investigation is underway. the woman who is at the center of a richmond gang rape trial took the stand today
