9:01 am
orphaned -- >> hedgehogs. >> these are extremely young. >> why they are lucky they wound up here. and the crazy russian hacker claims that you can make homemade ice cream in minutes. see how to shake some up for yourself. >> hmm. it's great. >> delicious. and the state attorney of florida calls this video that you are about to see a highly questionable search. the state attorney says that officer pulled over zoe brugger because her headlight was out and then they discovered she was not driving with a valid driver's license. she is not disruptive and checking her pockets, but watch what happens here. she pulls up her shirt and is told to shake it down. she is told to pull up her shirt and shake down her bra. the officer says he suspected drugs, but she didn't have any.
9:02 am
according to the state attorney office he had no reason to suspect she had drugs and in tend, they did not find any, but they are questioning this type of search that he performed. she said it is demeaning and ineffective and possibly dangerous. >> does it break any codes of conduct? >> the state's attorney said that the action is not criminal, but it did violate the woman's constitutional rights. lakeland p.d. has launch an investigation, and they believe it is a practice that other officers have been conducting. a video coming out of china has people outraged, and i have to warn you that it is really difficult to watch. according to reports, this is a 6-year-old girl eating at what looks like a park, a public eating place, and this is her 56-year-old father. again, according to the reports, watch what happened. >> oh, my gosh.
9:03 am
>> he begins hitting her with a pair of chopsticks, but a bystander comes in to intervene. >> wow. i'm so relieved to see that, because it would have broken my heart that so many people watching would have done nothing for this little girl. that man is a hero. >> he is a hero to her. >> people are calling this man a hero, and they are saying that this man loves this chd more than herwn father did. according to the reports the man was angry at his own daughter for for refusing to use chopsticks to eat, and that is what brought on this abusive fit. because of this, police showed up and according to reports, they arrested this man. >> but what is hard to think about if he is willing to go this far in public, i hate to think what it is like behind closed doors. >> and he was arrested for suspected child abuse, and the little girl had to be taken to the local hospital.
9:04 am
she was treated for injuries to her legs. >> some in-car cameras capturing a couple of near misses. this first one is from the busy streets of russia. you see a car up ahead going to make a left, and actually two cars there, and watch at this car and what it does. >> oh, no! >> that other car trying to beat the traffic and pulling out right in front of the motorcyclist that was close to this guy. take a look at this interesting incident. this is on a racetrack in germany. riding along in the green and yellow car and looking at this mazda mx5, and you can see this little item which is a spring that fell off of the car up ahead, and bounced off of the guardrail and then hit the hood and the roll bar and the steering wheel of this car. maybe you say, oh, no big deal, but when you see it in real
9:05 am
time, you hear a ping like something hit the car, but in slow motion, you realize how close that came to this driver's head. this is from mot motorsports, and when he pulled over, he was lucky, because that spring hit the car with enough force to bend the steering wheel. >> do you think that it would have cracked the helmet? >> yes. because back in a qualifier, a guy with a similar incident, a spring up ahead hit the driver right in the helmet and knocked him unconscious, and he went straight into the firewall and nearly killed the guy. he was in a coma for weeks. that is how dangerous a little piece of debris on a racetrack can be. you are not going to believe what's inside that hat.
9:06 am
>> spider? >> no. >> miniature person? >> tiny hours' old hedgehogs, hoglet hoglets. >> how did they get in there? >> according to the owner of the rescue, the mom either bailed or tried to kill the baby, but somebody brought them in. he has not had them for more than 15 minutes. >> these are extremely young. >> they don't look real. >> little pin cushions with legs. >> listen to them. they are sleeping so high pitched because they are cold, so he is rushing to heat up an incubator, because he cannot feed them until they are warm. >> give them some cles strom. try to get them warm. >> at this point, he does get them to eat which is a great

9:09 am
9:10 am
and we are seeing a guy popping a wheelie on a busy public road. this video being taken from another rider's helmet cam, and within seconds -- >> oh! >> hits the median and goes flying and the bike goes flying, too, and, yeah, looks like hurts quite a bit. ppen?ng like a dummy and what he is not even wearing much safety gear. >> how about none except for a helm helmet. and things are about to get worse for this particular rider, because his boo bike goes flying and this guy here, i have to see that he is running away holding his butt. and the guy asks him if he is okay, and then you hear this sound. that is not another accident. yeah, that is the police. they were right there to catch this guy as he goes to retrieve his bike. watch what happens. they rip him off, his shirt first, and rip off the bike, and then sit the guy down and give
9:11 am
him more than a talking to. >> you going to pop another wheelie again? lock you up and take your bike. >> obviously, if he was that aggressive -- >> they had to be right there in the area, and you can see the rider, i don't see him bleeding anywhere and he is looking relatively unharmed. i feel like he is in shock right now, because at this point his body has locked up into shock and i bet you he doesn't even remember what the heck happened. state of emergency has been declared in parts of alberta, canada, because of heavy flooding. this is cougar creek, and you can see in the background, that is a pedestrian bridge that has been washed out. water is threatening the homes along the banks of the creek. >> the wear is right up to the stairs and the fences are gone. >> and the creek is normally dry believe it or not, and it is a seasonal creek that runs for about a month in the spring when
9:12 am
the snows are melting off. this is really shock iing. >> look at the fence. i am surprised that the fence is upright. >> it is so close to the back of the homes that one of the saddest and the hardest to watch is from brad creek closer to calgary, and watch this. people are watching with their cameras as the entire house is swallowed up and smashes underneath the bridge. the biggest threat is to people now who are going to check out the floodwaters and the emergency personnel are telling people to stay away, because they are causing problems to put themselves in tremendous dangerous. more than four inches of rain fell overnight, and roads are closed all over the area. this is all happening "right this minute." and the russian hacker is back -- >> and you can see how this is. >> you can see the experiment
9:13 am
behind him is ice cream related. >> i will show you how to make easy ice cream. you need salt, sugar and chocolate and if you like the toppings on the ice cream, and measuring cups and ice, and zip locks and -- >> and gloves. you will need them. you will take the milk and the half and half and take some sugar and mix it up and put it in the baggy and try to squeeze as much air out as you can, and then the cool part -- >> you put the ice in there and then put a bunch of salt in there, and make the ice, and then put this mixture in there. >> that is when you need the dirty gloves, because the ice is going to get particularly cold. >> you leave it in the bag in the other bag. >> and then what next? >> shake it. >> for five to ten minutes and take it out and frozen and ready to eat. you know what is exactly going into the ice cream.
9:14 am
>> very important. >> and of course, wouldn't be "right this minute," if we didn't try to make our own ice cream. one cup of milk and one cup of half and half and then add sugar and some vanilla extract. more, more. shake it up. you can feel it getting colder. >> i love the vanilla. >> what is going to be shaking? >> yeah. that's pretty good. i think that we are good. >> nice job. >> that looks fantastic. >> i have some chocolate. >> hmm. there great. delicious. >> this is one heck of a golf trick shot video. >> can you believe this? this is crazy. >> see it. >> let's watch it again. >> next "right this minute." and still to come, youtube superstar jenna marble gives her advice -- >> how to live life on the edge a little bit. >> the next time you go with your friends, just don't seal the en velope and maybe they wil

the human volcano, one of the coolest tricks and the most dangerous tricks in a fire breather's arsenal. this is dr. tim cockrell, and he explains the science behind the trick. >> when i'm breathing fire, all that is happening is that i'm burning a fuel by blowing it over a flame. >> here he has two types of fuels, and he is going to demonstrate the one that he uses compared to a different fuel that is a little bit more volatile. >> here's my fuel, and here is my flame. not very spectacular, but in order to burn, a fuel needs to be mixed with the oxygen in the air, and at the moment, this fuel doesn't have enough oxygen mixed with it in order for it to happen. >> the other dish is a more volatile fuel. >> this is evaporating more quickly and miktsing wixing wit at all times. and the fire breathing could be coming back into my mouth, and that could be serious trouble.
9:27 am
this is the file that i use. >> i am surprised that he has facial hair and you would think it is all burned off. he goes on the explain the amount of air that he has to get to make it burn. >> in order to do that i spray wit a fine, fine midst over the flame. >> it is not often that you get to pet a wild skunk. and that's what philip is doing. he was out walking his dog when he heard something in the grass. >> he came over the sniff my foot. >> he took the dog back inside and went back outside. >> he started to let me pet him and then i freaked him out. >> he wanted the the play. >> he is going to get you. >> i wonder if the skunk is so young that it didn't know to spray these people. he is looking for somebody, something, some companionship. >> he is going to get you! >> his family is over there.
9:28 am
>> and they get kind of close. >> there's the family right there. >> but not that close, because you don't want to get sprayed, but he is trying to get the skunk to go back with his family. >> go see where mommy and daddy are. >> the skunk ambassador. and the little baby is reaching out saying, because we stink, does not mean we are bad animals. >> i love how he picks up the thing and carries it closer to the family. something i would not have done. >> don't aim the butt at you. aim it away from you. >> go to your brothers and sisters. >> and he gets back to the family, and philip says i know it is dangerous, but it had a happy ending. hi, everybody.
