while he was driving a suspected stolen truck. east bay police says they first tried to stop the driver. officer put down a spike but they say they called off their chase when the driver began to drive recklessly. officers on the ground arrested the suspect. the search of the truck turned out drugs and bur tools. we have new information of the deadly crash. the woman who died was one of several people inside this vehicle. the rest managed to get out safely. the san francisco medical examiner confirmed the identity of the woman killed 60-year-old of san francisco, police say she was behind the wheel when this van jumped off
