little bit foggy as we drive out to the mcarthur maze. let's go back to the desk. in just two an ahab and a half hour dash two and a half hours -- two and a half hours they will hand down the verdict. the justices have three cases left to rule on including proposition 8 and the defensive marriage act. the high court begins issuing rulings at 7:00 a.m. and it is possible when the supreme court ruling comes down, it will be awhile before we know exactly what it means. sometimes those rulings are confusing the way they are written. they could strike down proposition 8, they could uphold proposition 8 or they could decline to rule and it will depend on whether it applies only
