lipli lipliner and line the lips in a shade that is darker than the lipstick that you are going to use. you blend it in with the finger. >> oh, a lot of work. >> it is a lot of work. it is not easy to get plumpy lip s. and this step helps apparently, you take the brush and the lipstick and then you draw over the line of the lips to make them a tiny bit bigger. this is the part that is interest interesting the shading and the highlighting part. >> so you take the eye shadow brush and take what looks like brown eye shadow on the edge of the lips to shade and then you take what is more purple on the eye shadow of the back of the whole thing and then some lip gloss over the whole thing and that is the look. then she adds shadow to the bottom of the lip to shade it to make it look more. >> this is good if you are going to do this kind of routine, but if you are just going to work, you can't do this. this is like less is more in any
