and a wrangler spots a lizzard in trouble. >> she is skinny. >> how the two bonded over a drink. >> it looks like you made a new bff. >> yes. not like that. and there is a freebie in your future if you have moves like that. >> i'm loving the hat. >> how a cool dance move could get you a cool slurpee. >> the stuff that you would find on your home surveillance camera. in kingswood, texas, a yellow mustang pulls up to the home, but this woman does not live at the home. first, gets the mail from the mailbox and puts it in the yellow mustang, and that is a federal offense, and the guy filming it is providing funny commenta commentary. >> she is brazen and drives on my grass, and thens walks up to the porch in a bikini. >> and she opens up the box, and

even going oup to the bench and openeds up a box from his wife's order from nordstroms. >> that is a criminal offense. women are upset already. >> and before she takes off, she tries the front door. >> i can't believe this woman, because she takes her time. >> jason says that she was there for 10 to 12 minutes, but she didn't stop there. she also hit up the neighbor, and it is about to get weird, because watch this. >> she is pulling her pants down, and she is going to the bathroom. >> oh! >> before she leaves, tries their door, and it is locked. the sheriff's department says that a random plate on that yellow mustang, but they don't match the yellow mustang. >> she stole mail, boxes, and tried to get into homes. >> the most offense thing to me is that she didn't wash her hands when there was a fountain right there. >> and when you have a road rage incident that was caught on video has gone viral.

it happened in downtown l.a., and as you can see, the driver of the car has a dashcam and he caught the man who was interacting with him for close to eight minutes. the man who captured the video said that he was in the car, and the guy with the gold car with the illinois license plate starts brake checking, and you can see him throwing a canned h ham. throughout the video, you will see multiple incidents of this. >> totally brake checked him. >> and the guy driving in the video said i did not know what is going on and what this guy is doing, but he is clearly showing road rage towards this man. we have learned new developments in the case. the man had the video, and he called 911 during this incident. >> what the [ bleep ]. >> we called the california highway patrol, and they said they found the man with the gold car and the illinois license plate, and they say they know who he is, and it is an open investigation, but they are not commenting further.

>> seriously, hanging out of the window, and puts the car in park on what is an exit ramp. >> you can see that the guy cuts him off again while he is on the phone with 9 111. at one point, he even gets out of the car to antagonize the driver. >> whoa! >> what. >> and the driver with the dashcam claims that the man was shouting racial epiteths toward his asian heritage and then as he is leaving the guy alone, he cuts the mini cooper off as the video ends. >> i think he was mad because the pants were pulled up so high. this video captured one heck of a day for some kids in pennsylvania. >> quick, get in the garage. >> if young voice behind the camera is t.j. simkiss, and the camera is pointed to the play set right behind the house. according the reports, there was a black bear perched on top of the playhouse right there on the roof. >> get awafrom it. >> the i abackyard and obviousl

deterrent for the bear, because he got over it to get on the playhouse in the first place. there's the bear. we see the bear get down from the roof of the playhouse and leisurely walking around in the backyard in this heavily populated area. this is according to reports a bear cup they believe is 150 to 175 pounds, and still a sizable bear. as you can see the bear has w wandered over to the fence. >> oh, oh, oh. >> get inside of the house. >> you see a brief moment where that bear is climbing over the fence -- >> get out. run! get in, get in, get in. >> they all run into the simkiss household and in fact, t.j.'s mom said that 15 neighborhood kids ended up inside of her house. they were obviously terrify and thrilled all at once, and in is a big day for them. according to police this bear

disturbance going on between women living in the apartment complex, and someone began firing shots, and stray bullet fatality wounded a 27-year-old innocent bystander who was nine months pregnant. that woman was daylynn foster, and she was taken to the hospital, and the emergency workers delivered the child through an emergency c-section and that child was in intensive care. i have an update. the little boy is improving and doing well. responding to his grandparents in the hospital. he was born 7 pounds 15 ounce, and his name is christopher. now when christopher is released from the hospital, he will be living with his grandparents, but the sad thing is that she had three other children. those children are now going to be living with their separate fathers. meaning that they won't all be living together as a family. if you remember, the police said they had a person of interest

kittens who were rescued by firefighters in edmonton, kr canada. there was a house fire and they put the fire out in 15 minutes, but the firefighters discovered these two kittens and even putting the oxygen masks on their face. >> oh! >> you can hear the little cries that they are getting the oxygen. >> a kitty cry is a good thing, because it means they are okay. >> they were wimpering and crying and that is because they were smoke cover and wet. it is amazing to see the video of the men and women who are firefighters to risk their lives not only for the family, but the family pet. that is an incredible thing. >> what is amazing to me is that the firefighters found these two little guys and were able to get them out of the house. if you are looking for the new hot summer dance moves, look no further, because our friend nathan barnett, youtuber and

here's one way to make a new friend. this is bryan hughes caught a rattlesnake in somebody's backyard in northern phoenix. he is from rattlesnake solutions, and he has it in a bucket and he is going up the mountain to release the rattlesnake, but that is not the friend that bryan made on the particular day, because you can see him letting the snake go. in the excursion he noticed a chuckwalla in the rocks. chuckwalla is a large lizzard that hangs out in rocky areas. and he is hanging out saying, it is cool down here, and bryan has water, and watch this. he starts to pour water down the rocks, and watch the chuckwalla come up to slurp up the water. this guy must be dying of thi t

movement in the bay area. we are showing you the scene in the castro district tonight. a couple dozen people waving the rainbow flag and gathering. people on street corners with signs and flags. there are expected to be many more people throughout the evening. a big rally is expected to start there in about 90 minutes. this started at 7:00 a.m. when the supreme court issued a ruling on the defense of marriage act. then came the ruling on california's proposition 8. we are live in washington, d.c. where it's been an emotional day for many. >> reporter: there were cheers, chants, even marriage proposals on the steps of the united states supreme court. the justices dismissed the prop 8 case and said the attorneys defending and arguing the case didn't have the authority to defend the voter-approved ban so the lower court's ruling
