the issue of soldiers returning home. ptsd. ♪ >> now the story became a song. >> it was my life. and a principal dog who has never been swimming decides, you know, i'm going to try this. >> what happens when he tries it and likes it a little too much? >> go get it. >> you're looking at video of five buddies in a helicopter about to parachute out over the u.k. they're about 5,000 feet up in the air, but something is about to go terribly wrong. >> bad place for things to go wrong. >> yeah. this fellow that we're seeing here is heading out on to the skids of the helicopter, but if you look really closely, you'll mow that his pilot chute is out behind him. >> oh, no. >> it's wrapped around? >> getting tangled and wrapped around that fin.

you see it. it keeps going and going, and his chute is deploying and filling up with air. he is saying, cut it, cut it, and what he does is use the cut-away system to release that parachute. no. he cuts away from his main chute. his reserve chute demroiz. he lands safely. now the guy is inside the helicopter. they're still having to deal with the fact that this parachute is tangled around the skids of their helicopter moving in the direction toward that back rotor. what do they do? they spring into action. [ bleep ] you hear the one guy screaming. tell the pilot. at one point he gets out on to the skid. he couldn't actually cut the strings because that parachute has gotten tangled many the back rotor or the main rotor blade.

>> this video goes on for several minutes. the entire timure watching them struggle with this parachute. luckily, everything turned out fine. everyone landed safely, including the person that was cut away from his main chute and used the reserve chute. everything is okay.e it when th win. this first video from helicopter police department, there's a guy many a wireless store, which walks in with his happened in the bag and demands money from the clerk, but a struggle ensues quickly, and the bag falls off the robber's hand, showing he doesn't have any weapon in the bag. so the clerk fights back. he looks like he is a pretty stout fellow. this struggle continues. the clerk tries to push this guy out the door, throws him out. no injuries. bad fwi, sadly, though, gets

away. >> was the fwi, like, holding a gun finger in the bag? like stick 'em up? >> give me all your money. that's haet pretty much what he did. luckily for this clerk who did choose to fight back, the fwi didn't have any weapon, and gets him out of the store. let's head down to chile inside a public bus. this character comes in and holds a knife to the bus driver's throat, but the guy in the back ground, you see him there, he realizes what's going on. he stands up and just goes on this guy. knocks the stuffing out of him. the bus driver gets an upper hand too and starts swinging on this guy. >> it's like two on one. this guy gets a beating. >> he grabs this attempted robber and throws him off the bus. the girl that the guy was traveling is very upset about this whole scenario. the knife is still in the bus. watch the bus driver pick up the weapon that was recently held to his throat. >> oh, wow.

that was really brave of the bad guy to think he could do this in a bus full of people. yet another dramatic rescue caught on video. this one is in china, and that 6-year-old boy is dangling from a railing. he became stuck after he was playing. apparently his parents left him home alone, and after playing, he ended up falling through the small space between the bars and ended up being stuck. >> it's right around his rib cage, too, you know? that's a painful wrar. that had to hurt. >> fortunately, a neighbor below him saw him, and you do see him in the video holding the boy up by his feet, but firefighters were able to come. they ended up having to remove one of the bars to get him through, and you can see the face of the little boy. just exhausted as they're

pulling him up. >> i'm glad he is safe. >> got a duo of people acting appeal with their cars. we have an argument between two guys. apparently the dude in the red car was trying to park. who knows how this thing started? looks like the guy in the red was going back to his car and said, you know what, i'm just going to get out of here. now, that's a clear kick. did you see it? >> yeah. >> did you see it? >> yes. >> everyone saw. you heard it. the guy kicked the car. >> ah oh. >> pretty lame fight ensues, but the argument after this is what's really puzzling. [ bleep ]. [ bleep ] sfloop so this guy is saying i'm just going to say he hit me first until the guy who is filming this says -- >> he got a video of it.

>> oh. a video. i've been foiled by the meddling kids with cell phones. from there we go to china where apparently this taxi driver got into a bit of an accident. what we're watching is him trying to flee the scene bushgt there isn't room for him to do so. you see pedestrians trying to get this guy as he is going forwards, going backwards, going forward, going backwards trying to get out of there. then he rams into the bus causing more damage than he caused with the initial accident. he makes enough maneuvers and somehow he is able to get out of there. watch. right there. boom. >> wow. >> that's a lot of destruction just from an initial minor car accident. it's sitter time for these two. find out whose catch of the day

>> check out the person walking missed of this grocery store in australia. look at what happened. >> oh. whoa. >> look to the right. >> a car smashes right through the window of the grocery store right in the direction of another customer that appears to be at the register. it turns out that that car was drechb by an elderly woman who freaked out at the wheel after she was backing out of her spot. >> the black car came up behind her, which she hit. obviously panicked, and threw her car into drive and floored the accelerator and then went straight through the front window. >> there were about 20 people inside the store, including employees, and fortunately, nobody suffered any injuries

picked up the guitar and goes back and forth to a gun to guitar to a gun. >> it's a really catchy song. the song draws you in and makes you want to listen to it over and over again and tell us more about this music video, more about the lyrics, we have don from michigan via skype right this minute. was this something that was really about getting some fanneding from others? >> i can obviously say it's sort of a running theme for our whole album. we just put this album out june 4th, and it's called "have you been drinking?" there's a number of songs about war and dealing with things like this. my brother was the basis for writing this, and it's him seeing me go through this for the last seven years. it moved me when i heard it, and because, i mean, like, it was my life. >> was it difficult to go through the process of putting this video together? >> it was big. it was actually really hard for

me to make the video. i had to stop a bunch of times because, you know, it was affecting me the same way. you start to think -- the more you think, the more you get into this trap where it's just downward spiral, and you are thinking more about it, and then eventually by the end of the day, your whole day is just wrecked, and you are just a mess, and you're sitting on a couch just angry. >> have other service men and women reached out to you and said your music has helped me a lot? >> yeah. actually, a lot of people just say it's really impressive that, you know, you are a ptsd survivor, and you can get out there and do this. maybe if even one person watches this and goes and gets help that they weren't going to get before, you know, i did the job that i wanted to do. >> it's safe to say we see a lot of marriage proposals on this show, but what happens when the proposal doesn't go according to plan? adrian is about to propose to his love, libby. gets down on one knee.

when weight is put on. >> they're battery powered. it's totally awesome technology. >> another great tech idea for us. the crazy russian hacker. >> he is awesome. we know if you put mentos in coke it makes a giant geyser, but the crazy russian hacker is teaching us how to make a rocket. you use the same kind of application where you put mentos into the coke bottle, but instead of just opening it up and letting it go, he throws it up in the air and has the cap twisted a little less, and it will actually float and create a rocket. >> wow. it's up there for a while. >> so this is you actually not a chemical process, but a physical one. what happens is the carbon dioxide molecules are inside the coke being, when when you drop the mentos in there, it -- what happens is the carbon dioxide goes into the sites and forms bubbles really fast, and because mentos is very rough and a lot of these little pockets conform, and that creates that big amount of foam quickly and shoots up
