raccoon to safety. >> plus, twerking all over the city of san francisco. and one dude's play by play when a rude pit bull won't get off his porch. >> you have to go, man, the police are coming. >> it's like a comedy routine. >> the st. paul police have released new video from an incident in august of 2012. in it shows 31-year-old eric hightower being arrested by st. paul police. the night before he made pretty serious threats to his girlfriend. you see the officer kick hightower before making the

arrest. a lot of people were upset about this video. what's knew is the video from when they had him in the back of the squad car. >> can you please wipe my face, please. >> get in the car. >> what am i being arrested for? >> entering the back seat, this is an officer, he is trying to grab him by the shirt, he eventually grabs his hair. then he has pepper spray. the officer then drives him to the police station. the whole time, high tower is in in serious pain. prosecutors determined no charges should be filed against either officer. the update is, according to the

"st. paul pioneer press" the chief has decide'd to fire one officer and sus penld the other. the officers are going through the union grievances process. eric hightower pled guilty to all of the charges of the threats he made to his girlfriend. he has no comment. right off the bat, this paraglider is trying to launch himself, and his sail flips. when he engaged the break, it had the on sis effect, and it drags him and slams him hard.

to walk away to post this video online in an effort teach others what not to do. it was originallyosted in he posted another video that seems to be a successful flight. this is the way it was supposed today go. sail up, a couple steps, off you go. >> two friends went kayaking and they executed a raccoon rescue. they worked for a half hour to get the raccoon to climb on the battle. >> they could tell it was injured. you can see one of it's legs is hurt. an injured foot, a bad tail.

the raccoon finally climbs on this kayak. and this person is like hey, don't get to close. >> rabies is not airborne is it? >> the man doesn't want to spend the night getting shots. >> they're able to get him goeser to land where he can get off the boat. eric gets out to try and help the little guy out, and they left hmm alone because you're not supposed to mess with nature. >> we have dash cam footage. as you can tell, this car is not going quickly, we see them pull out of a parking space safely.

oh no. there was two kids? >> yes, a mother comes walking between the parked cars with her two small children and doesn't look to see this car coming. it may have been a one way street and she was not expecting a car coming from this direction. both of the children get back up, obviously terrified. the mother quickly picks the boy up in her arms, the girl breaks into tear. the man quickly gets out to help this family and gets his phone out to call for aid. >> you have to look both ways, but you should not go down the wrong way on a one-way street. >> a camera catches a couple of men breaking into a car. the story behind the smash and

living in oakland can be pretty cool if you have a cool loft. check out this video that paul captured after setting up some surveillance cameras. this is a couple men breaking into that car. we see several angles of the two men. they're so brazen, they go as far as to actually jump in -- >> this is a well lit parking lot. there is a bright street light just above them. >> paul has cam -- captured a

few crimes on camera. why did you set up the cameras, is it because you saw a series of crimes happen? >> yes, so we set up these cameras. >> have you filed reports with the police report? >> yeah, they won't come out to take a report. the oakland pd is overloaded. we even have license plates and we're not getting any traction. >> why won't the police take action? >> they just say sorry, we won' come out. >> are you hoping that sial media helps spread t word and

i have two videos. the first is a bicyclist going like mad through this tunnel. at first i thought this was a motorcycle, but it's a lie on like a ten speed through this tunnel. >> it's like the tour de france. he runs into this truck, passes that truck, and you see that motorcycle up ahead, he passes this guy too. >> why is going so fast? >> it is dangerous. this is freqly referred as the tunnel of death, and it's known to have a lot of accidents. let's move on to london now.

this car looks like it's going to light it up, listen to it howl with disapproval. the cyclist looks and stairs him down. many young arab men will ship their super cars in london to hang out and do things they can't do in saudi arabia, and londoners are upset with the influx of cars. >> it was clearly on purpose. >> it's not like they have a ton of protection against this super car. it doesn't seem like it will accomplish much. >> scared baby goat.
