busted by san francisco police. and just before a sky diving jump a guy proposing. >> will you marry me? >> she says yes, yes. >> what if if comes out of the box? >> see what happens when it does. >> oh! >> how can about a window of opportunity. a south african student was with her friends in the krueger national park and look what she saw. she saw two cheetahs chasing impalas and the last impala in the pack, the one dragging behind, realized i am the last one. >> no way! jumped in the car. >> in the car. >> it is in the car. >> you see them running across the street and the impalas make a turn and come back and the last impala is like i am going to jump in this car. >> that's brilliant. >> oh, my gosh. that second cheetah was right on the heels of that impala when he

leapt into the truck. >> good thing the cheetah didn't follow into the car. >> that's when the people in other cars were saying -- open the door. >> the cheetah may get you if the open the door. >> you are in a bad situation either way. >> the scary thing is there is a family in this car. the woman that took the video believes there to be a family because she said you could hear a little girl screaming in the backseat. >> is everybody okay? >> eventually the door was opened and it goes strutting out like all good, walks away, and the two cheetahs are left confused like what just happened here. >> if you're not the fastest, sometimes you have to be the smartest. >> we're watching evolution happen. impalas are getting it. this car will provide me protection from cheetahs. that's why they're crossing the road to get to the other side to get away from the cheetahs. you think that on your last day of school you would be so excited, get the summer started.

you wouldn't think a fight on the bus on your way home would be it. >> on the last day of school? who is in a bad mood then. >> in the video we found you can see a few shots of this girl being grabbed by the head by this other student, and there is serious banging going on. it is out of control. >> i guess they were thinking, okay, last day of school, if we get in a fight we can't get suspended because we don't have school anymore. >> what kind of trouble can i get into? schools aren't like that. just because it is the last day doesn't mean they won't do something. >> the bus driver ended up driving back to the school and the school district is considering disciplinary action against the girls and even though the school year is over, if they decide to go that route, it will take effect in the incoming school year. at this time the school district hasn't identified the girls and

they're not ready to make comment. >> you twist or hurt your ankle while hiking, this is probably the most being wiwelcoming soun want to hear, the drum beat of a helicopter coming your way. you know i'm going to get out okay. here in snohomish, washington, the 22-year-old that was injured was at 5500 feet and wasn't able to see the helicopter immediately because it couldn't get through the heavy cloud cover at first. look at the clouds, when they get there, they can't drop in a rescuer immediately. this guy had to spend the night on the mountain. ground crews were able to hike in, keep him warm and stabilize him and the next morning you see snow hawk 10, the fly in and rescue. immediately they drop down a rescue tech. they hook the line up quickly after they get him zipped up

safe and secure and give him the sign. bring him up. >> you have to spin your way up to the helicopter. >> not so much spinning in this case. if you notice the rescue tech had the tag line they call it in hand to control the spinning they experience as they go up. the rescue tech is next. he looks like luke skywalker in the fighter costume here, e red outfit, helmet. tt in, do they hike back out or did the helicopter let them come along for the ride? >> i think you have to hike out. that's part of being on the rescue team on the ground. if you want a flight home, you join the helicopter rescue team. >> see you back at base. tomorrow. at first glance this video just looks like two people having a conversation on the sidewalk, right? this guy reaches in his back pocket and you quickly realize

this is about to turn into something else. this is a good old-fashioned sting operation, my friends. these guys are sfpd. apparently a girl lost her iphone. this guy in the black shirt found it, demanded $180 to give it back after disabling the find my iphone feature on the iphone. the police were contacted. they showed up. the guy with the book bag is an officer, reaching in his back pocket like he is going to pay the guy and three other officers surround and arrest him. i love the dude here in the plaid that comes with the baton and whips it out. that's sweet. >> he was like, okay, in case this gets out of control and we have the equipment on hand ready for action. >> i will explain the guy that posted this said, no, he did not shoot this. he wanted to protect the identity of the officers, and later in the video you do get to see them leading him away across

take a look at a pair of surveillance videos, the first one in las vegas. take a look at this glass door to your right. you see people looking in, peeking around and before long, smash, there goes the glass in the door and in walk two suspects >> they both look like they're older females and it looks like they broke the glass using their hands like this. >> you're right. they are two females, las vegas police believe they're two of three possible suspects in a string of robberies in the southwest las vegas area. >> they turned the lights on? >> they did. two women and one man are suspected. they don't seem to notice the cameras either. las vegas police saying these robberies taking place at businesses with low or no exterior lighting. >> what are they taking? >> they must know something about what's in there. >> i think they work there. >> move to a liquor store. look at the front door. you see a guy creeping around. he sees what he wants, walks in

i think this falls in the how did he do this file. kendall johnson. you are thinking i may have seen something like that before in the olympics. watch it in slow motion. this is a full-in left double out right. he goes to the left, spins once, and then turns back to the right, spins twice, and before landing skis down in this pool. i think if he was out there in the snow, he would have landed that, too. >> he definitely would have.

how in the world do you change directions mid-air? looks like he does it with his arms. that seems next to impossible. >> i have no idea. kendall is 21 years old. his first year on the u.s. freestyle team. last season he finished fourth. how do you swim out with your skis on? that's what you do. that is super awkward after looking super awesome. to all the girls out there who have pesky little brothers, pay attention. >> i am going to show you my modification. >> her name is britt and she is a chemical biological engineering student interested in computational fluid dynamics. >> that was going to be my second choice for a major. nerf vulcan this and it is machine gun. she modified it to automatically locate and fire at targets.

have you on do is work really hard and you can accomplish that dream. that's what this young girl karen from san francisco believed she desperately wanted to learn how to dance. she decided she was going to teach herself to dance in one year. we have the video to showcase her progress. ♪ >> by day 30 she is already getting it pretty well. >> she will do this for how long, a year. >> one year. >> awesome. >> look at day 86. she is incredible. her goal was to practice five minutes a day and she said no matter where she was, even on the subway, she would get the five minutes in and she worked her way up to where she wanted to do two hours a day of practice. she says she had a full time job. this isn't her profession. this final dance at the end of the video is what she taught herself over the course of the year and sets it up really cool. >> you can tell she got like
