asiana airlines flight 214 crash at sfo one week ago saturday. they have closed their command post in san francisco. the ntsb said they completed the investigation of the wreckage of the plane and runway. they will now conduct more interviews and examine the escape slides and other components of the aircraft. it killed three people and injured dozens of others. allegations that 100 female inmates were sterilized without state approval. an investigation found 148 women received the procedures between 2006 and 2010. but a spokeswoman says officials didn't know about it till 2010. >> we were early in 2010 we were aware. that is when we took steps to
