>> they all looked down and reacted like she dropped her cell phone. wait a sec -- it's your baby. >> they weren't expecting the baby to fall out of the floor, stevein. >> he's feeding her. she'll be seeing that baby. >> look at donald andrew jr. donald owns a smoke shop in new york, designed for tobacco use only. but officials in that area thought that some of the items that were sold in the store could be repurposed, used for some illegal activities. so they sent in an under cover agent twice. back in march, to make sure nothing was off. in were surveillance cameras sent up inside the smoke shop. they caught something off-color but it had nothing to do with donald andrews. >> he comes in, places the crack on the counter.

>> what. >> donald andrews' attorney showing this surveillance fo footage folk stw it shows the informant walking in and kind of tossing a bag of what they say is crack cocaine and then taking a picture of it. that photo was used to arrest donald andrews jr. now his attorney is involved and he's taking the first steps towards filing a lawsuit for wrongful arrest. >> that is really -- really scary. >> the schenectady county sheriff's department blaming the informant. the informant has now fled. they can't find him. >> this guy could be sitting in jail for no reason, for being framed. cameras. good thing he had them. >> it's happening again. someone stuck, in this case, in a haven't in china. >> a haven't in an apartment building and that is a

vent? is misstep. >> why are you on roof? >> could have install a satellite dish. >> i think he locked himself out of the apartment. >> i know, i'll go to the vent. >> they pull him out of the vent. he is almost unconscious. he was taken to the hospital to be treated with minor injuries, believe it or not. >> police are looking for a man from this video. watch this. silver dodge nitro making a left. a 4-year-old boy hit by the suv, crossing the street with is a teenage sister. the sister stops, the boy keeps going, runs into the side of the vehicle and he hits the pavement. the driver of the silver nitro does stop and get out. according to the police department, driver got out, talked to people at the scene. didn't provide info, got back inside the nitro and took off. witnesses said, you hit that little boy, you need to stay here. >> maybe had tkeveas okay, he w

le, okay. >> police are calling this a hit-and-run. they are use theing this surveie video to track in this guy down. the boy was taken to the hospital with injuries which were not critical, which is good, and has been released. >> he has a responsibility as a citizen to wait until emergency crews get there to file a report to give his information and it sounds leak he didn't do that. typically with hit and run behavior we see the car stop and they take off because they've been drinking, they're scared, whatever. the guy got out, communicated with people, and then took off. >> it's fishy when you don't leave anything behind. that's why police are calling this a hit and run. a scene of lights, camera, arrest. >> this man is a hollywood actor. >> we'll reveal the man playing the real-life role of getting busted. >> what do you want from me? >> and he's the guy who took a bad fall paramotoring the

watch the first few second of the santa fe police officer's dash cam. he stumbles over to the car. as police say this man is 66-year-old westly, they believe him to be drunk. >> okay. all right. >> smelled alcohol on his breath. he was slurring his speech. they say he had problems walking, bloodshot eyes and watery eyes and the odor of alcohol. the name doesn't ring a bell, maybe his face might. this man is a hollywood actor. and he has been in films such as "dances with wolfing," "avatar,"

"new world." >> that's not a common name. sounds like the dude in "dances with wolvewolves." a security guard noticed he was standing outside of a black volvo with two flat tires. the guard kept him there until police showed up. he was trying to change the tires on his car, the problem was cart didn't belong to him it belonged to his passenger. and he had the car in the middle of the street with no emergency lights and police thought that was also a little suspicious, too. >> a little? >> a little, yeah. once into the back of the car, his language got more colorful. >> i was driving drunk, hell, yeah. but on the other hand, what's the [ bleep ] for? >> doesn't sound good. >> no, he didn't. charged with aggravated dwi, being held at santa fe county jail. >> [ bleep ] you. >> for the dogs.

>> right, yeah, yeah. >> oh. >> the pilot flying over leem pla, peru, is glenn, one of the guy's part of paramotor, the marks. glenn came in for a hard landing and broke his back. >> this is after he got injured. he's back out there? >> video uploaded after the broken back video. but in the actual time line, this is before the broken back incident. we hear glenn's perspective of the flight before he knows he's going to break his back in the landing. >> driving down the street you don't get like a grasp of how big this city is. we got to see it from the air this evening. it w amazing. >> we talked to gle. he he still has a couple more months of reco recuperati recuperation, physical training. but the reason they posted this incredible video, they're now looking for sponsors for the second half of their tour of south america.
