you will be relieved to know only two people had injuries. >> it looks like the red car was trying to avoid someone else. it was a chain reaction that turned into a head on collision. >> it's creepy because we're seeing him drive, buckled, following all of the rules. >> what's even crazier is all of the sounds and the screaming. we also have images of the after math and you can see just how banged up all the cars were. a man walks into the beverton, oregon city hall. he is paces around, talking on the phone, and he is asking for

help. three officers come out to greet him, and look what happens when he does. he punched one of the officers in the head, and that started a melee that almost ended in a shooting. he grabs one of the officers guns out of the holster and manages to fire one single shot. that entered a wall in the city hall, nobody was injured, but for about fei minutes, officers struggled to detain him. they say he was high on mushrooms. he came in claiming he overdosed on mushrooms and was asking for help. they are asking what happened. >> he was tased seven times and it didn't have an effect on him. >> police were able to get ha

handcuffs on him that he managed to break. >> you don't feel pain, and you're experiencing almost super human strength because of what you're on and he broke them. >> so what happened after. >> he managed to get him into custody. they say he had unlawful use of a weapon and resisting arrest. >> almost just as bad as the jerky driver, the jerky parker. check out this dude's jag. he apparently parks this thing like this every day. the guy that uploaded the video said we had enough. we showed him that yeah, you can fit another car in that spot next to you.
