help. three officers come out to greet him, and look what happens when he does. he punched one of the officers in the head, and that started a melee that almost ended in a shooting. he grabs one of the officers guns out of the holster and manages to fire one single shot. that entered a wall in the city hall, nobody was injured, but for about fei minutes, officers struggled to detain him. they say he was high on mushrooms. he came in claiming he overdosed on mushrooms and was asking for help. they are asking what happened. >> he was tased seven times and it didn't have an effect on him. >> police were able to get ha
