he's also got a flat tire. this goes on for several people. people taking the individuvideoe police show up quickly. >> he gets it on the other side of the street. behavior doesn't make sense. >> weird. >> what's the carfax on the new cars that have a bit of damage? >> police estimate damage at $150,000. in all, seven cars damaged. the dealership owner saying he damage some of our most popular models and some of the cars have to be totalled out. ones that aren't totalled, they're going to have to repair and sell as used. so he could be out quite a bit of money. facing felony, malicious injury to minors, driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a damaged accident and carrying concealed weapon under the influence. >> he's going to need a bus pass. >> stupidest [ bleep ]. >> a disabled syracuse new york man is suing the police

department because he was tased on a bus. that is brad hue lit in 1991 hit by two trains. suffered neurological order that left him disabled. when he gets on the bus he normally stands because it makes his back feel better. he has a bad back. but the bus driver told him, you need to sit down. he refused. the bus driver called an officer. >> any signs on the bus? anything saying you're not allowed to stand? >> bus services don't comment on matters in pending litigation. drivers are trained to assess passenger safety and take action where they feel passenger safety may be a concern. >> that's probably what was going on in the bus driver's mine. >> at any point did he explain to anyone why he was choosing to stand? >> one point he did say, you guys don't know my abilities. so it seems that his handicap at some point came up. you see a second officer get on the bus and you see them raising

up his shirt. >> the attorney says they tased him on his bare skin and they take him off the bus. once he's on the sidewalk, the attorneys allege they deployed the taser on him a second time. >> that is disturbing to see them prepare his skin to get the taser. >> here you can see him doing an interview with syracuse.com. >> when the trains hit me, it bruised part of right side of my brain, making the whole left side weak. i think them tasing me made the left side even weaker. >> his lawyer is alleging excessive force and unnecessary force where the police allege that he was resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. charges are pending. he was eventually taken to jail and his attorney says he plans to sue for his treatment in jail because he had a broken hip and he was forced to stand up in the jail instead of being allowed to

sit in his wheelchair. >> they wanted him to sit on the bus but forced him to stand once he was in jail. this thing is backwards. completely mishandled by everyone involved. a couple of close encounters caught on camera in the southern hemisphere. first off the coast of australia, whale watchers on the sea world whale watch vessel spirit of the migaloo and they got an incredible close encounter with a humpback whale. you hear the whale almost communicating with these folks. and luckily, we have the above the water video and below the surface of the water video. we see exactly what this whale is up to. >> he's saying, hey, how are you doing. >> want to break out your cameras now? i'll be here a while. >> worth the price of admission. >> if you're on a whale watching vis vessel, this is what you want to see this video is five

beautiful name for a ski resort. what they're doing is they're upgrading their chairlift on the jupiter express run. but got to build it on a mountain that's like this. not exactly somewhere you can drive a truck, right? how about build from above? they first have to sort of install the big concrete bases up the mountain. a bunch of them. watch what they do. they have concrete they have to pour from a helicopter dangling down and these guys are grabbing it and guiding it down into the bases. pretty cool. >> yeah. the amount of precision that it takes using such giant, heavy machinery. >> this was a big two-day project. a lot of man power. a lot of machinery to get this thing done. had to start installing the crossbar-type things that are part of the lift as well. and guys had to climb up o thesecrossbars,
