hello, everybody, i'm beth tr troutman and we know you love great videos and the best of them "right this minute." the coast is clear as the bus driver backs up, but this changes real fast. hear what caused the horrifying clash that dumped passengers from their seats. >> i'm 21 years old and i'm a student and deaf. >> a woman documents getting a cochlear implant. >> she allows a camera inside the operating room with her.

>> watch the moment she haswait >> and a rescue team is called in to rescue -- >> eight ducks. >> and how they got them out of a texas-sized hole. >> and a gig at a bar bucks t, singer is not 21 so he can't come inside of the bar. >> find out how the band dealt with this ingenious solution. and everything changes with a blink of an eye. from the express wway, we have bus backing up here on the expressway and you can see a whole load of passengers and not going slow at all, but the bus is in the lane and not on the shoulder, and now, watch, everybody in their seats, calm, and this changes real fast. within a second, you will see people falling out of the windows of the bus and it was

hit by a semi truck from behind and the bus ended up on its side. and apparently, when he backed up in the lane, he was apparently trying to back up to get on another exit. watch it from another angle. you can see now where it lapdnd, right? because people are standing up and almost on the side wall of the bus. from chinanews.com, you can see the aftermath of the crash. you can see the bus on the side and the semi truck on its side as well. this looks terrible, but right now, the reports are that one person was killed who is the driver of the semi truck, but lots of injuries and talking about serious injuries and coe mas and fractures and contusions, and this is a horrific incident. >> it looks terrible for the

people to be flying out of the windows. >> it looks like they are sucked out and just flying out of it like nothing. >> and the audio of the crash from complete silence to chaos in a blink of an eye. the bear has entered the house over there in the kitchen. >> there is a bear in there and they are trying to get the bear out of the house, and that is first goal, but there were people in the house, and there is a bear in the kitchen so they left. we have two police officers going up the stairs to make some noise to spook this bear out. the bear eventually finds his way out of the house. watch downstairs by the garage. whoa. but i love what the cop shouts at him, like this is going to make a difference. >> don't come back here. >> that is telling him. and the cop fires another shot at him. i would think that you need something heavy duty with a bear, but this sounds like they

are trying to scare it. >> we yes, they are not trying to kill it, but it sounds like one with a bean bag or something. and now down in irving texas, we have seen swift water rescues b sthu s -- but this i water rescue where they got out the team. that is the overflow and the spill w spillway in irving, texas, and they called out the swift water team to rescue -- >> eight ducklings. they are not with their mom, and it was not that deep, but once they got out, it was like speedboating. they skimmed the water and got out deeply. one duck was pesky and got stuck in the drainage pipe and they had the coax it out. and all eight ducks were rescued okay.

just because you are not rambling down rapids in the kayak does not mean you can't get yourself in trouble. check out these two, the woman and her male companion trapped beneath some debris that fell in the flat river in durham, north carolina. the guy seemed okay because his kayak pushed up against the trees, but that woman there, she is partly submerged in the water, and she was stuck there for two hours. her legs still inside of the kayak, and the kayak got stuck underneath the debris, so she is trapped with her legs in the kayak, holding on to those logs. she told the rescuers that she used a pocket knife to cut a piece of the rope to dragging her underneath the water, but rescuers believe that saved her life. they made the call, but it took res kirs a couple of hours to find where they were.

it takes rescuers quite a while to get her out and they are struggling to get her out from underneath the water and relieve her from the pressure of the water that is trying to pull her under. >> and she is holding on for two hours for life, and that took a st stamina toll on her. >> and i imagine that he was just chilling, and afraid to move to upset the pile of debris. she stepped out and walked out on his own, once the rescuers pulled her free of the debreeshgs she, too, was able to walk out, and she did not have any serious injuries. hi, everyone. i'm rea rosenblum. i'm 21 years old, and i am deaf. >> she has been deaf since the age of 2 1/2, and her mom responded that she was not responding to, and vocalizing sounds and the doctors

determined that her hearing was deteriorating rapidly. >> i am receiving a cochlear implant in may, and i'm terrified. >> she has one, and she decided to chronicle the surgery in getting the second implant. >> it is like you have to learn to hear again, and you are a newborn baby and it is the real noise that your brain has to map this new sound that is getting is sent up to your brain again. >> this process happened for her last year, but this video is just now getting a lot of attention. >> she even allowed the camera inside of the hospital with her right before she was headed into surger surgery. >> good-bye, sweetheart. >> my biggest fear is that i won't be able to hear music the same or hear my brother's voice. >> in this blog, we are seeing her activate the cochlear implan f the first time one week after the surgery.

hit, and he is a little scraped up, but he will be fine. >> wayne szalinski is the name of the band which is goes back to the name of "honey i shrunk the kids" and they had a mishap with one of the gigs. he he is the lead singer of wayne szalinski, and what do they do? >> he sings from outside. >> i can't play inside the bar, so i am going to sing outside. >> and then check out, outside. >> that is awesome. >> this is what they had to do.

find out the whole story behind this. they are joining us "right this minute" to talk to us about this unusual, unique performance, i will say. how did the show go? >> from the inside or the outside? >> i guess both. >> you tell me the inside, because i don't know. >> no matter people were just freaking out about it. >> we were all on time and sounded great, but we didn't have andy with us. >> how about from the outside? >> well, it was cool when people werele copping out from the outside and i was playing electric, so you could not hear them from the inside and so it was just me singing, and i got a lot of strange looks, be awe crowd developed in front of me outside and we made the best of a funny situation. >> how were you able to be in sync? >> not very well. i think it turned out very well. >> i had to whale on the snare and i had to tap on the window with the thumbs up, and call out the names of the song and then go into that song and nick would give me a loud click and i could hear the drums and the bass
