possession of a firearm. he has multiple prior convictions. ins past 30 minutes, we received our first look of a 10-year-old boy attacked by a pit bull. his mother sent us this picture of her son, and he'll need several more surgeries. she told us that he was going up is it stairs at a friend's house, when one pit bull knocked him down, and the second one attacked him. the dog tore into his cheek, skull, and arms, the dog is in custody, and coming up, we'll hear from the step father coming up tonight at 7:00. a bart strike has been averted for now. there's 59 days left in the cooling off period, but no talks are set. we are live from the oakland

suspicion of impersonating a nurse. this woman was arrested friday, after deputies found her at valley medical center, with a fake id card. they don't believe shed any contact with patients, and she wasn't in the operating room, or critical care areas. she's been released on bail. a former special education teacher accused of abusing young autistic students, would you describe charged today. she abused 6 students from october to january, the students or children are between 5 and 7 years old. she resigned from her teaching job in february, and an investigation continues that the employees witnessed some of the abuse, and did not contact the police. the researchers say they've uncovered a major clue in the

her home, the community rallied to find her killer, and they said they were abandoned as soon as her brother was arrested on murder charges. it's the first time that the family has talked about the events, when a hunt for a murders arrived at their front door. we sit down with them, about the loss of a daughter, and the community they had come to rely on. >> nobody can grasp what we're going through. >> they agreed to sit down with us, to explain how quickly some of the community turned their backs on the grieving family, since their son was arrested in the murder of their daughter. >> there are of people being really harsh, and judge mental to us. >> they asked to keep the
