>> and a prankster trots out a sock puppet. >> it looks like a fury rodent. >> why most people are not furry friendly. south africa's national park where the elephants are chilling out. maybe they've gotten used to seeing those tour guide cars with people coming to check them out. take a few pictures. but today these elephants were just not in the mood. all of these elephants suddenly as a group start charging a little bit towards the car. most of them stopped. >> easy. easy. >> hey! >> yeah, one of the elephants was especially angry. charges and hits the car they're in. you can hear how freaked out everybody is. >> hey!

hey! hey! now in the car is a very experienced tour guide johan lombard. he's been a tour guide for a very long time. experienced guy. they do say this was a completely unprovoked attack. >> he's never seen this. he's been doing this a long time and it's the very first time ever that an elephant hits his car. >> awesome to see the power. >> she might be the aggressive one in the group. if you notice, she's missing one of her tusks. even though it sounds really crazy, nobody on this trip was injured. and the elephant also walked away unharmed. this is dash cam footage from, you guessed it, russia. we're going to follow this scooter here. the guy seems to be weaving in and out of traffic. not particularly paying a lot of attention. but things about to get really

terrifying. red light for traffic. that means it's a green light for the people about to cross the street. >> oh, that was a baby stroller. >> that was a grandpa pushing his 2-year-old grandchild across this crosswalk. you see the grandpa notice and try to get out of the way. >> where's the kid? >> the kid is still in the stroller. you see his feet moving in the stroller there. the guy on the scooter falls. he also is on the ground. both the child and the guy on the scooter were injured. i have some footage of the aftermath of this accident. this is from life news. this is the driver of the scooter. according to police, he had been drinking just before he got on this scooter. you see the scooter is completely mangled after sliding across the pavement. you see emergency workers tending to this 2-year-old child. according to reports, this child did have a head injury and also some cuts and bruises. doctors say that this child survived only by a miracle. this video is getting a lot of

attention in russia. and you can see why. >> you know the grandfather would trade places with that kid in a second. >> that guy was riding that like he was a bowling ball and they were a set of pins and he was just knocking people down and a baby got hurt. this is what happens when you drink and drive. this is a kayak rescue some people are calling basically perfect. david is in the yellow kayak. brent orton is in the green kayak. they are about to go down this 20-foot drop. >> whoa! 20 feet? >> david nails it but brent is in trouble. you can tt rock and he's just h on. so this pushes kayaker number one david into rescue mode. he makes his way over to the side. he anchors his kayak.

they've already gone over the 20-foot waterfall but it's really important david rescues this guy because there's another drop. a 60-foot waterfall. that football is basically a bag with some rope in it. he's only got one chance. he makes the catch. but then david has to pull this guy in. and, look. here's another angle somebody captures. look at that. here's brent being pulled to the rescue. after the rescue is executed, david is like, i didn't have any problem with the 20. i'm going to do the 60. and to tell us about his awesome rescue, we have dave "right this minute" via skype. dave, you started the rescue effort. did you realize there was something you could do, or did you think, uh-oh. >> these were like skills i have done before. so it wasn't something totally out of the ordinary. however, you know, being above

the 60-foot waterfall and all that stuff was definitely different experience. >> how dangerous would it have been for him to go over that waterfall without his boat? >> there's a possibility that he would have been fine. maybe he would have been unscathed. maybe he would have hit the bottom of the river and broke something. it's impossible to tell what could or would have happened if i didn't get to him right away. >> how does it feel to have people calling this a perfect rescue? >> it kind of was. i mean, i still can't believe that it all worked out like it did. like getting out of my boat. even when i was out of my kayak, had the rope in my hand, threw the rope and brent had it in his hand, i still wasn't convinced or sure i could pull him fast enough so that he wouldn't swing down and still go off the waterfall. >> i'm just thankful that everything turned out as well as it did. >> he gave me a high five. he's like, nice save. >> street performers like to get

the audience involved, right? medford, massachusetts, and these guys have gathered up like nine people to go in a line here. and this dude you are seeing back here is going to run and jump over them. now i would not want to be the end people. >> right. >> these guys know what they are doing. they perform for a living out on the street. they rely on people's tips. they want to do a good job because this is surely a street performance out on the street. the guy runs and jumps and honestly, wasn't even close. it looks like he kicks this guy with the white shirt in the head. >> and the ribs. >> yeah. the performer's reaction is what startles me the most. watch him. he starts giving himself a hand. you just karate kicked some guy. >> that's awful. that guy probably had to go to the hospital and couldn't walk the next day. >> last week we've been doing

these guys. let's try and jump nine. a race car driver makes a hard left and then -- >> good-bye. >> he disappears. >> see how a zip around has his tumbling down. and dude offers a homeless man some food and beer to help him paint his house. >> he's doing a really great job. >> how he meets another need to pay him back. >> how about women. >> how about

completely disappeared into the forest right off the road and gone. ooh he took out that. >> he took the whole bush with him. >> it happens in three second photocopies ys. a few seconds later you hear his engine start up again. i was hoping you'd see him pop back up on the road but he went pretty far down. no injuries luckily. another video, sometimes your toughest competitors are other racers. this is c.j. wilson racing at the kansas speeay. he isacg with other class on the track at the same time that are better, faster cars. he's doing a pretty good job here. and around and around and around he goes. all the grass kicking up into the cockpit. but just at the end it looks like he collects it. the video ends there. the description does say he was able to continue the race. watch it again, though.

their fish. and here we get a nice close-up of mr. mink. i can't say the fish is doing so well in this uneven matchup. now they are back in the water. the struggle continues. but the thing never gives up to the point where eventually, watch this, they lift the fish up on the hook and the mink hangs on. the video ends. but they did eventually give the fish to the mink. because, really, i don't think you can eat that after -- but from there to the campus of the university of utah. this is about 100 yards from one of their buildings. this is a bobcat versus a rattlesnake. that may be an even matchup. the fact that makes this uneven, the rattlesnake is already dead, headless. the guy who posted this says he doesn't know how the rattlesnake became headless, but notice the bobcat is not taking any chances here. he's like freaking out like the thing is going to bite him. >> he probably knows from past

experience, if i mess with a rattlesnake it might bite me. trapped in a car engulfed in flames. unbelievable dash cam video shows -- >> how diligently these officers were working to save her and pull her out of this burning car. >> the incredible rescue that came just in time. a tough marine gets a surprise gift. >> that is a onesy. >> are you serious? >> the moment he gets what his wife is trying to tell him.

there's an app for rtm. get it on your iphone, ipad or android. watch videos any time, anywhere you are. this is dash cam from one of several police cars responding to a call at this point approaching the scene of an accident. it was a one-car accident. inside the car is 28-year-old shana porter. turns out that the driver somehow went off the road and crashed against the tree. as you can see, as this officer approaches the scene, you see the car is engulfed in flames. we do get the dash cam view of a second patrol car that's approaching the scene. and you can see how severe the flames have gotten at this point. >> is there anybody in there? >> three different officers attempt to put out the fire with fire extinguishers. at one point in the video, you do hear a woman screaming.

we believe to be shana. >> they are eventually able to put the fire out using hoses, and they are able to save her. she was taken to the hospital in serious condition. but the video shows how diligently these officers were working to save her and pull her out of this burning car. >> this is terrifying footage to watch. how horrible for this woman because there was nothing she could do. i could only imagine the burns she must have suffered. this video is from the ukraine. also dash cam. and it captures a very unexpected moment, not only for this driver but also for the driver of that white van right up front. as it's driving on this very rainy day on a very wet road, suddenly -- >> oh! >> did you see that? the back wheel of the van got caught in an open manhole sending it into the air. it almost hits the smaller car right next to it. both drivers get out of the car like what the heck was that?

>> it looks like the manhole cover was still on. is that what i'm seeing rolling off to the left? that looks like the manhole cover. i bet that somehow got dislodged enough. and as the truck ran over it, almost catapulted the van. >> i don't think there was anything that driver could have done to avoid that without swerving and causing another crash. grab your hankies, guys. there's a whole lot of sweet on the way. >> this is cole. he's a u.s. marine. he'd just returned from an at-sea period. his wife kelsey has surprised him with a little package. >> a note? >> no, just take it out. >> watch as he pulls this package out of this envelope. >> oh. >> that shirt is not going to fit him. >> you are absolutely right, steven. that is a onesie. what we can't see is on the front of that onesie it says, daddy's hero. >> oh, that's cute.
