it the whole way. >> they did have an emergency meeting. the coach apologized during that time. the school is considering discipline action. they consider this corporal punishment. >> he's rocking that kid off his feet. those aren't just little slaps. the assistant principal from the school said the same coach beat another player on the same day. he had another incident where he bloodied the nose of a player. >> it sounds like this guy does not need to be coaching young people. >> you're looking at dash cam footage from the patrol cruiser of officer james harris. he's a florida police officer. he and a few other officers are pursuing someone for a seat belt infraction.

he also apparently had just gotten out of jail and apparently was driving without a driver's license. as they continue, you see some of the officers in front of harris get out of the car telling marlin to stop. you can see marlin in the distance. he has gotten out of his car and he is running through a garden but watch what happens. oh! they ran hmm over. >> april cording to reports, he was trapped under harris' patrol car and many are saying if you watch the video again and watch it in slow motion that as he slips and falls, he does turn around and hold his head up fas surrendering. this accident killed marlin brown. now, this all happened back on may 8th but this video was just released by marlin brown's family. they released it because a grand jury decided not to indict officer james harris for this incident. they wanted the public to see

exactly what happened. now, when the chief of police saw this video, he immediately decided to terminate harris' employment with the police department. now brown's family is hoping that even though the grand jury decided not to indict harris, they're hoping that he still could have charges of vehicular homicide brought against him. >> is there a civil suit planned by the family? >> the family has obined an attorney. in fact, same attorney who represented trayvon martin's family. the city settled with the family for more than $500,000 but in that they did not admit to any wrong doing. >> hey, everybody. it's about time to give away another ipad mini. >> all of you out there are going to need the thursday buzz word. >> it's coming up. you have to be 18 years or older and a u.s. resident to enter.

dangerous is going to happen. that's what happened at this fair in india. this usually happens in july. people raise these water buffalo to fight each other at the fair. it's very popular. of course something goes awry. people have these two water buffalos, they're fighting but then one gets away. watch along the road. see that? a little boy trampled. but then he jumps right back up and walks away. >> he's like that didn't happen, i'm fine. of all the people to get run over, it has to be a little boy. he was so lucky. >> it looked like it just nudged him out of the way. didn't look like his feet even got on him. >> he kind of just got bumped. >> by the water buffalo's head, not the horn, which is key. and his body does get out of the way so you don't see the water buffalo's feet ever touch the body. >> i'm sorry, i know it's

this is a video put together by a couple named jessica and steven and it's a journey through heart ache but into hope. as the video begin, you see jessica's pregnant belly. they are expecting their first child. you even see the pregnancy test, ultrasound. this first child of theirs is a little boy. they decided to name him tye. they set up the nursery. but as the video continues, we find out that at 37 weeks, tye no longer had a heartbeat. >> oh, you're kidding. >> tye was still born on october 13 of 2010. but just 12 weeks later, jessica and steven found out that they were pregnant again. >> that's got to be a challenge, to go through the pregnancy again not knowing if possibly the same thing could happen again. >> well, unfortunately at week 18, this second child, also a little boy, they decided to name
