state student, shot and killed. the suspect had a stockpile of weapons, and could have been planning a larger attack proton we're live with what the summary judgment and the victim had in common. >> they were both students here at san francisco state, and 30-year-old, had $20,000 on of him when he was arrested. that was one night after the police say he shot and killed valdez. the victim, and suspect students hire, and police said they never had interaction with each other. and they later found in his home is disturbing. they laid out a small arsenal of weapons, and survival gear. found at this home of the suspect. two assault weapons, razors, a first aid kit, and laptop. they think he could have been planning a siege of some kind. instead, the summary judgment

. today a man convicted of rape was released from montana state prison after completing

his 30 day prison sentence. he tried to avoid the cameras, and he received the month long sentence after he admitted to raping a 14-year-old student, and then committed suicide. the case gained national attention. prosecutors have filed an appeal for a longer sentence, and a complaint over the judge's comments. today, the hinduism -- human remains for found in the the ship. only two people were unaccounted for, a cruise waiter, and a passenger. 32 people died, after it ran aground. the newborn screening tests are accredited to saving the lives of babies every day.
