francisco hat. it wasn't michael's hat. none of them were fighters. they were going to get into their vehicle. a giants fan made a comment. commends were exchanged and an altercation broke out. the dodgers fan that was stabbed to death, 24-year-old jonathan denver from fort bragg. he came down to watch the giants game with his father. his father is a security guard down at dodgers stadium. the denver family disputes the claim their family was the aggressor. we know our family, our son and grandson have calm, levelheaded personalities and not the type to initiate an altercation. i asked the giants general manager about this violence. >> it's sickening, i can't

i did talk to a student at lincoln high school who's in the same grade as kevin but doesn't know him and word is slow to get out since it is a friday. a person was killed and two critically injured in clayton on marsh creek road near the clayton regency mobile home park. deputies began chasing the stolen lexus in brentwood. >> the three only pants including the driver were trapped in the vehicle and had to be extri kateed. two of the only pants -- occupants were taken to the hospital by helicopter. the two male passengers are in

a local college student. he made his first court appearance, he's charged in felony murder of justin valdez. prosecutors say this video shows him on a train, he brandished a handgun before shooting valdez as valdez step offend the train. prosecutor say he held the gun to another student's head prior to shooting valdez. that maness caped on a train and later called police. >> it seems like in the first instance, he didn't get the courage to pull the trigger, on the second instance he did. he's held without bail and san francisco general hospital jail ward. a lawmaker is trying to get to the bottom of fraud.
