good news but a lot of folks already made alternate plans because as we knew you know this decision may not come down until just before midnight and that exactly was the case. now sunday night we may be right back where we started because nothing was really decided as claudine mentioned, it could come down to sunday at midnight that we find out a strike is on so bart wants people to plan ahead for next week, this shuttle service can accommodate 6000 people a day not close to the 400,000 people who normally ride each day, in the event of a strike during the weekday catch it from 5:00 to 8:00 and from 3:00 until 7:00. tickets will be distributed on a first come-first serve base, they will be at those places. bart is going to have 5 to 15 buses at each station during the week day and all morning service will be directly to san

shooting. that happened at about 7:30 last night in the neighbor. they are interviewing witnesses but no arrests have been made. >> two people are in the hospital after this car crashed into the cafe there. it went through the wall hitting the electrical system. it is unclear what caused it to crash but two people again were taken to the hospital, no one in the store was hurt, the crash still under investigation. >> investigators say no foul play is suspect in the death of lynn spaulding, whose body was found in a stairwell at san francisco general hospital. she was admitted to the hospital with an infection on september 9th and apparently left her room two days later and went through an emergency exit to the stairwell, the mayor said an alarm went off when he checked that exit yesterday. >> we are going to be
