guy. but they did arrest him for. >> dui. >> drinking and driving, not good. >> it is fun to see the bad guys go down. here we go. you'll enjoy this. who you are seeing in this boat here. two drug smugglers. 90 miles southwest off the coast of san diego. they are in some type of boat called a penga. hot on their tail, the u.s. coast guards and u.s. cuss stols and border protections. they teamed up on this one. this is a jay hawk helicopter in the sky keeping an eye on these guys and a 45-foot response boat that is chasing after these dudes. >> it doesn't look like they are going to get very far. >> there are two suspects on board. they did refuse to stop. so the guys in the response boat fired warning shots and then disabling fire to stop the boat. the best moment is when you see him, they are stopped, put their hands up behind the head. they got them. right there, boom. it us just cool to see it from the helicopter. >> they did have 31 bales of

figure out story behind this video. the story is this. the brother who put this video together is looking for his twin. according to this story, the mother was artificially inseminated and they weren't expecting the embryo to split and when the two boys were born, the mother had difficulty during birth and died. the father wasn't expecting to take care of two boys. so he ended up giving one of the boys away to an orphanage run by nuns. >> is this storey you told is, has that been vetted. >> it almost sounds like the le lyrics of the country song. it sounds like the screen play for the movie "twins." it exactly is the story of movie "twins." it was posted by a real man who
