he went over the edge of the bring, into the river, grabbing ahold of this tree, clinging to it for never arrived. you've got to get this guy out, rescue him! >> good thing that tree or bush was there. >> right. he could have been washed away. the truck driver said when he hit this man, he feared he had killed this man. miraculously the man survives and there were no serious injuries as a result of this. >> i have a couple of burglary videos. you see three people entering this p peces you see have snakes in them. they go around and they use their hoodies to put the snacks inside them.

window but we don't know exactly what it is and police are looking for this guy. >> late last week a pretty devastating cyclone hit the coast of india. lots of flooding and damage to buildings and crops. def spite the devastating evacuation efforts for keeming a relatively loaf death toll. videos and the images. all that ra all that snow turns into rain water. earlier this month, we talked to a couple that was on their way to to nepal. just before they were going to leave, the cyclone came in.

p.m. we are following two major stories in the bay area. we are in the middle of the second b.a.r.t. strike in 4th moments and ktvu channel 2 news received word one of the unions has a major announcement to make. they are set to speak any minute and they are hinting the strike could be soon over. as soon as we know something we will -- we will bring it to 2. two-year-old was hit in a drive-by shooting. >> we talked to the child's cousin who witnessed the shooting. >> whoever did it i wish they are looking at this now. how would you feel if it was your baby? >> the shooting happened in sunny side street in oakland. ktvu's paul chambers rushed to the scene minutes after the

police arrived. >> paul is there with the latests on latests on the information. >> reporter: he underwent surgery this afternoon. they were there the entire time and still in shock this just happened. >> seeing that baby, they don't know the after math of what they done did. when they are just shooting at people. you don't worry about nothing. now the baby up in the hospital with a bullet wound all up in his side. >> reporter: this scooter is where police say a two-year-old outside outside playing when he was shot. this happened before 1:00 p.m. today. neighbors called about gunfire. it appears there was a gun battle between people in cars. that is when a bullet strayed away, traveling 2, 3 blocks and struck the little boy. >> we are very upset.
