shooting just occurred. >> police say seconds earlier the 59-year-old driver of the mercedes was heading south on michigan boulevard when a confrontation occurred with another vehicle. it's said one of the two parties involved was driving too slow and the other party was upset with that. >> after exiting on michigan boulevard the victim was shot three times once in the abdomen. also in the car a german she herd, the dog was later picked up but a male family member. we tracked the dog not thourt this home in pleasant ton, a man on the property would only say the shooting victim's name was mark and would come and go from the property and expected to survive. saying the man was in surgery his wounds considered serious but not life-threatening. the victim was conscious at the time and were able to get preliminary information from the victim.
