the killing of jonbenet ramsey. for the first time we are seeing the grand jury report which has been sealed for years. you will recall that her parents were suspected but never charged with the death. but april williams says the members of the grand jury wanted them indicted. >> newly released documents show the grand jury voted to indict the parents of jonbenet ramsey, child abuse and being an accessory to the crime. the district attorney decided against filing charges. >> we do not have sufficient evidence to warrant the filing of charges against anyone who has been investigated at this time. >> since the body was found the day after christmas in 1996 her

a three-alarm fire gutted this home. it started this morning on drive and drive. firefighters could see flames coming from the roof. two people in the house smelled smoke and got out safely. the fire may have started in the garage. firefighters were able to keep the flames from spreading. the cause of the fire is under investigation. the owner of a restaurant says it could be six months to a year before he can reopen following a kitchen fire. this was at maverick restaurant on 17th street at mission. the owner says he's concerned about his 17 employees during this closure.

a 9-year-old boy that was severely injured in a crash may have relatives by his side. officials with the mexican consulate is working to bring his family from mexico to the united states. that third grader has been in critical condition since the accident tuesday night. investigators are looking into reports that the driver that hit the family's pick up was on his cell phone and speeding before the crash. friends and family will meet to remember the truck driver killed at the 49ers game. lake was killed last week when a bunder -- bundle of rebar fell on him. the 49ers continue to prepare in london for the game

. back now the breaking news, three law enforcement officers were shot in roseville. we told you that an immigration and customs enforcement officer was shot, we know that he will be okay, at this point we do not know the condition of the other two officers. that ice officer was involved in a joint enforcement action when the shooting happened. all the shootings are connected and they are searching for the gunman and everyone is told to stay inside and lock your doors. we're getting word that traffic on interstate 80 could be

affected. expect heavy traffic on 80 as a result. we're working to get more information and we'll have an update tonight at 6:00. we have an update on the investigation into the crash of asiano 214. investigators have been to seattle and south korea, looking into if the pilots were properly trained and investigating flight data and may help explain why the plane fame short of the runway. they will hold two days of hearings on the crash later in december. the flight is raising concerns of the safety of the emergency evacuation slides on planes. one of the slides did not work. the ntsb announced that it is

in the leg. i.c.e. officials say the officer was alert and stable when he was taken to the hospital. a half an hour ago we learned a second officer was shot and a third officer was shot as well along with a fourth officer. we do not know which agencies either of those officers are with and their conditions are not known. >> police showed a picture of the man they say opened fire on the officers. his name is samuel duran. he hopped fences to get away and he's on the run at this house. roseville residents are told to lock their doors be stay inside and listen to announcements from a police helicopter. but the manhunt continues at this hour. to menlo park, a couple killed by an alleged drunk driver while walking their dog. family
