i.c.e. officials say the officer was alert and stable when he was taken to the hospital. a half an hour ago we learned a second officer was shot and a third officer was shot as well along with a fourth officer. we do not know which agencies either of those officers are with and their conditions are not known. >> police showed a picture of the man they say opened fire on the officers. his name is samuel duran. he hopped fences to get away and he's on the run at this house. roseville residents are told to lock their doors be stay inside and listen to announcements from a police helicopter. but the manhunt continues at this hour. to menlo park, a couple killed by an alleged drunk driver while walking their dog. family and friends surrounding

their surviving children. alex savidge just received an update on the driver. the woman accused of killing that couple had been in the hospital since the crash. within the last hour he was discharged and police said she was booked on vehicular manslaughter charges. what makes it more difficult this driver was convicted of a dui last year. >> for remindera and kamal -- rema and kamal there's out reege for the driver accused of killing their parents. >> i'm really mad, she should be thrown in jail for life. i have no sympathy towards -- towards her. marjorie was arrested last night and facing charges of vehicular manslaughter while

intoxicated. she slammed her car into the couple as they were walking their dog who survived the crash. according to a report she was convicted of dui last year. she was on probation but driving with a valid license. >> she should be in jail. we lost our parents. it's not okay. >> the couple leave a 15-year- old, 16-year-old and 18-year- old who'll be cared for by relatives the children's aunt had angry words for the woman. >> she should have died. but she killed a beautiful couple and left three children. >> the parents worked and gave her and her siblings everything they needed. >> we're only teenagers, so we should have our parents here.

program. 400 students surrounded the sonoma county sheriff off it's in response to a deputy shooting and killing andy lopez on tuesday. he was killed while carrying a air soft rifle that looked like an ak-47. deputies thought he was a threat. many thought they acted too quickly. there's new information on who's investigating that shooting. >> the sheriff department web site and saw the sheriff announced the fine will be continue -- fbi will be conducting an investigation into the shooting. the sheriff saying he will cooperate with the investigation. the emotions in santa rosa rage from anger and others in shock. >> santa rosa a good sized city with a small town field. out in the southwest part of

secondary sweep for devices in the area. that turned up negative results. >> police are studying surveillance video to see if they could find who set off the device. police believe a white man was responsible for the device. two men were injured in a fire in san jose. the flames at the pavilion building on south fir street. they found two men, one a maintenance worker was severely burned. the other suffered smoke inhalation. both were taken to the hospital. the fire appears to have started in an electrical room. >> we have pg&e on scene to make sure the building is shut

. back to breaking news we told you about, happening in roseville near sacramento. police held a news conference to manhunt underway for a gunman. the immigration and customs enforcement agent shot in the leg has been taken to the hospital. the other three officers were hit with shrapnel. two of them were taken to the hospital, the last treated at the scene. this is who they are looking for. the search continues for them. 10 different law enforcement agencies are involved in the

teams are searching for a missing parolee who shot at officers in roseville east of sacramento. an i.c.e. agent was shot in the leg. this is the suspect. but an i.c.e. agent was shot in the leg. three others hit with shrapnel. people are told to stay indoors. they think they know where the gunman is. we'll have more at the 10:00 news.
