it is the -- this is the dash cam footage from patrol cars in milwaukee. they're chasing a man who failed to stop, and the driver took off, and the deputies took off in a chase that reached up to 109 miles per hour. the chase lasted about 7 miles, and ends like this. the driver slams into the barelies of this ramp -- barrels, into the ramp, and crashes into the car. here's the video from the second patrol car that was chasing this man. >> heefs trying at the -- he was trying at the last second to get off on the ramp. >> he ended up crashing, and there's a third angle. the driver of that car was kevin hutchins. he was uncooperative, and abusive to the deputies and the
