employee at a french catholic school as a school assistant, basically a classroom supervisor. >> ooh, she's going to have to go to confession. >> well, she is a part-time actor. you could consider this an acting role. the catholic school said that her role in the video was incompatible with the nature of this person's work and she was fired. but she sued the school for wrongful termination saying i have been a 20-year loyal employee. they did reach a verdict in august that recently confirmed ruling in her favor. some sort of settlement. we're not sure of a figure or anything like that. the school downmake clear how her spare time activities might impinge on her day job. >> it's not like she's wearing the school's logo or colors. >> she's not doing anything

wrong or illegal. >> it just depends on your definition of wrong. >> she's playing a role. she's an actress, you could argue she's playing a role. >> arguably a role that her employer would discourage for all of their students. that's where i can see the problem is. their problem is they didn't have any rool to begin with so they're going to have to pay her. >> that rule is probably in the process of being changed right now. >> this video was captured during a training seg in brazil. the pilot of this helicopter is learning how to take off and land but somewhere in the process lost control of the helicopter. >> oh, no. that's a big helicopter to be learning how to take off and land. do you know if there's an instructor inside too? >> no. all we know is there are three people inside this helicopter, including the pilot. the pilot may have actually tried to land the helicopter because it starts going down. >> oh, no. >> and before you know it --

>> oh! >> it's on its side and then suddenly the thing starts smoking. >> it didn't look like it crashed down, though. looks like those people grg to be -- are going to be fine. >> nobody suffered any serious injuries. one person was taken to the hospital but minor injuries. >> as out of control as he was, it was somewhat of a soft landing. >> got some great video from the southern u.k. this is a goss hawk. up see m-- you see mom getting the nest ready. then you say what's going on here? you realize she is playing the eggs. they compiled video they'd been running because this is a nest

cam. you see amazing stuff from mom and dad protecting the eggs, waiting for them to hatch. but then things start happens because once you lay an egg and it's fertilized, babies come. they get three of them. this one is mouth wide open, ready to heat and they don't nurse. mom has to get them some food. they look like little cotton balls with beaks. >> they do. what's amazing is we see them grow up a little bit. notice they're starting to get a little color. here they are in the rain in the fledgling stage. it's cool and amazing how much video of this we get to see. so from egg to fledgling age, there you go. >> flat screen give away time is coming up, everybody. >> you have to have the

of the truck but then he tries to hide in the forest. >> listen to this exchange. it's in russian but it's bleeped just enough by live news we know he was cursing. >> [ bleep ], [ bleep ], [ bleep ], [ bleep ]. >> in this moment police say the driver of the truck actually pulled a knife on police trying to defend himself. of course never a good idea to pull a weapon on a cop. they did eventually get it guy under control. he was arrested and taken in. >> from opposite sides of the world, a special bond brought them together. >> i wasn't going through the challenges alone anymore. >> they became best friends, but they never met. >> see how skype made their dream come true. >> and a race like no another. the tough mudder. >> it's a foot race and you get to get all funky and weird.

story. we've used skype on this show before to connect with people all over the world but these people used skype for certainly incredibly intimate. sarah was born in indiana. when her mom was 20 weeks pregnant, she learned sarah would be born without a mom. she decided to find another mom possibly going through the same experience. she found theresa in new zealand. she was also going to have a daughter, page, who was also born without an arm. so when the little girls were babies, the moms would send each other photos of their daughters as they were growing up and they were able to share with each other their experiences. but somewhere along the process life just happened and they lost touch with each other. after three years of sarah and emma searching for them in new zealand, they finally found each other and they were able to

reconnect. >> when i saw page, it was like i saw a mirror image of me. >> when i saw sarah, i thought this is how people see me. >> they became best friends but they never met at this point. skype actually paid for them to be able to do this. this is the real special moment. sarah ended up traveling to new zealand and this is the moment they meet for the very first time. >> i'm really nervous. >> this is so awesome. >> it doesn't seem real. >> imagine being able to find someone who understands your life, your process in a way that nobody else does. >> wow! >> how amaze sgs that? you can just see the love they have for each other. >> what an amazing story. >> that's a bond. >> yeah. >> if you've ever wondered how tough am i, what can i endure? there's only one way to find out

in the modern world without joining the military and that's to enter one of these crazy race, the tough mudder from charlotte. the first obstacle, to dive down into the mud and crawl underneath on your belly underneath the barbed wire above your head. >> i don't know. it seems too dirty. >> what's a little bit of dirt? >> it's awesome. it's a foot race and up get to get all funky and weird. >> it's one of the toughest of the obstacle courses out there. 12 miles you have to run through this course. i think that's the hardest part, it's the 12-mile run. >> it you'll looks pretty doable. >> the tough mudder known for one of the last ak ls on the course and that's this one ear. yeah, the electrical wires that zap you as you go through. >> i don't understand this part. are they trying to cook the contestants? >> ow!

now this is how you make a pro prosal video. dave's long-time girl friend lisa is an aspiring journalist. she reached out to say i'd like to do this shoot on top of the mountain. the guy that's a pilot is like heck, yeah, we'll do that. >> always handy to have a helicopter pilot friend. >> the pilot friend had other friends. the next day dave called and said i heard about this shoot you have, i'd like to surprise things up and propose

approximately lisa still thinks this is a photo shoot, got their hair and make-up done. and now she goes up and she sees someone up on the mountain in silhouette and is like what the heck, how did that person get up there? and as the helicopter comes for landing, she recognizes lot of of her life. she gets out of the helicopter and he gets down on one knee to pop the question. we have dave and lisa and the helicopter pilot, bradley, via skype. lisa, did you feel kind of strange that he hijacked your photo o'shoot? >> i was in shock for a minute. it was pretty cool. >> did you actually hear the proposal with that whole armada of helicopters in the air? >> yup. i said yes before he finished. >> did you apologize for ruining the photo shoot or did the engagement make up for it.

>> brad was nice enough to take the girl up a couple days later to do the shoot for them. >> how did you manage the logistics in this? had you to get other helicopters involved. >> that's where brad came in, he really helped me out to organize it. >> i try not to do anything small. >> were you pretty excited when dave reached out and said i want to take this beyond a photo foot shoot and make a proposal out of it? >> what was going through my head was sleep because he called me at 7:00 in the morning. >> pop that ring up there. that's a glacier up there. >> he did good. >> you did do good, dave. >> i have two videos from two different parts of the world. this first one is in spain. this is a security video of the

metro. you see a guy entering one of the train cars. everything seems normal until about here. before you know it, graffiti artists start tagging the side of the train. the leader of this graffiti team has been arrested and charged with several charges, including damages to property that amount to more than $41,000. and you can see they really took over the side of this train. >> they're really covering this entire thing. this isn't a little tag. they painted the whole side of that. >> what a mess, too. it's not even -- it's a name. it's not even artistic. it's just they're tackigging it. >> the next video have s from afghanistan. this is a raid by the marines of a taliban opium factory. for the most part it seems like there's no enemy. they raid the different rooms

and do find bags, collect them and put them on the field. it looks like they're about to wrap up their search except that is when the fire begins and they're being attacked by the taliban. >> [ bleep ]. oh, those fleeting euphoric moments of surfing. people are always in search of it. and if you live in alaska, it's more difficult to find it. there are thousands of miles of coast line but finding the wave is difficult. so these people are out there

you a video of that viking woman who pulled her own tooth. she was a dentist. over here in america a dentist decided you know what, i'm going to do my own filling. this is dr. isaac koreshy. he decided to do his on filling because he says he doesn't have dental insurance. >> we don't need the sound. i hate that sound. if you're going to do that to yourself, at least you can tether the pain. you're doing it. you know if it hurts, doesn't do that. >> or if you're getting too close to the nerve, you need more novocain. >> and you know how the patients feel. >> he's got both hands working here. the nurses ask him do you have want to us do something? >> don't you want me to do this for you, doctor? >> if this man's a dentist, why does he have a cavity? >> just finished halloween,

maybe had too much candy. >> he is drilling on his tooth. then you got to pack that stuff in there. and he does that, too. >> i feel like this takes a little bit more skill than the tooth pulling that we saw before. this is a little more intricate. you have to get into that little space where the cavity is. when you're just yanking your tooth out, you're yanking the tooth out. >> to tell us about him putting in his own filling, we have the doctor by skype. don't you have friends in the industry? >> that's what a lot of people asked, why couldn't you have someone else do it? >> part of it is i wanted to see if i could do it. >> i guess the next question is how does a dentist get a cavity? >> i've only been a dentist for since months. that was the first one i've had. >> do you think people might see the video and see how gentle he
