bushes, trying to put the fire out. you see other people respond with a fire extinguisher. she was taken to the hospital with unspecified burnening ris. >> it looks like it took her a second to realize that she was on fire. >> a scary scenario. it could be avoided. this motorcyclist on a very popular, twisty road in taiwan. the guy we're riding with seems to take some chances that puts himself and many others at risk. here he comes up on a group of scooter riders. he's obviously faster than them. and ooh, scarily but successfully passes them. but it's not him that causes this accident. he goes around a right-hand turn, passes a couple of bicy e bicyclis bicyclists, but watch.

>> oh, no. >> a head-on collision from somebody riding the scooter in the other lane. that person goes wide. drifts into his lane. they collide head on. oh, man. >> he runs right over the other guy, too. >> yep, that other guy sounding like he's injured. >> oh. he sounds awful. >> a tough collision to have. could be avoided. just got to mind your speed. the video i'm about to show you is making a lot of people in bolivia incredibly angry. we're looking at the river, heavy rains caused it to overflow. and the vehicle you see here was caught in that river. as you can see, it is being swept away. it turns out at the that vehicle belongs to a high-level executive of the bolivian

military. three men go after the vehicle and try to save it with their bear hands. >> they're going to drive. >> you can't just drag a car out with their bare hands. >> what are they trying to do? >> it is beyond explanation. the vehicle is being guarded by one of the officers. the owner of the vehicle actually jumped in and asked the two guys to held him try to save the car. you see one guy here. another guy comes into view. grabs on to the vehicle. but there's no way day can control it. and there you see again, two of these men, two of these officers behind the vehicle being swept into the water. they struggle with it for a very long time. it's almost like the water is ending right there. >> it's going around and around in circles. hopefully, that's what saves them. please. >> other officers and civilians

that were watching this go down were screaming to them, get out of the water. you see the people throw something into the water that they can grab on to. the owner of the car was able to grab on. the other two were swept away and did not survive th. >> he must fel horrible the onet asked for their help. he survived ed and they perish. an east st. louis firefighter has a fire cam on because he's on his way to a fire in a garage. the garage is detached from a home. you can see the smoke up ahead. then you see flames. there are quite a few of them. if it's a garage, you a lot of flammable material in there. >> including a propane tank. that dog is tied to the house. he's on the porch. you see the home owner trying to help to get the fire out. it's next to his home.

mercifully, his home is not on fire. and then he starts prayin ispra. he wants the dog the cool off, calm down. he says the powerlines were arcing the entire time. >> the dog was corralled by its owner. about 4 c:30 into the video, he hears something. that sound you hear is a propane tank. the firefighter says he quote gracefully retreated. the tank did not exploend. the powerlines are arcing. the arcing gets explosive. you think you're watching a light show. you're dealing with propane and electricity mixed with water and then the fire itself. all of that together makes one really dangerous situation. >> at the end of the video, the volunteer fire department has made to it the scene.

throttle. that's my guess. this video is in malaysia. you see a driver. a woman pulling into the drive way. behind her, the gates begin to close. you see two people on a motorcycle, one of them runs into the driveway, straight to the woman, dwrabs her purse, starts pulling it. she begins struggling. but then this. >> whoa! >> yes. yes! >> well done, lady. >> the other guy, the other rider comes over holding something like a baton and is ready to hit her. instead, he grabs his comrade, they get back on the motorcycle and take off. >> she's like a secret street fight person. >> i hate to break this to you, but this is a fake. >> they timed it perfect. i wanted to it be real.

this is actually a safety training video. the main message to women with the video is to be aware of your surrounding. the video going viral. what you're looking at is somebody has spotted an octopus. the octopus didn't want to be spotted. not interested. you know how some people, when they first meet, don't like each other. this octopus is playing seriously hard to get. there's the octopus. they're great mimics in nature. good-looking camouflage job. the octopus says, you're getting too close and ings the guy. it goes and mimics itself again among all these leafy greens. finally, it inks again. the dive won't give up. >> run out of ink. >> and then, the most incredible thing happens. look that. hugging the harm. >> it inked him in the face,
